Laut Kundenservice Pech gehabt

6 Knäuel bestellt, in 2 von 2 Knäuel waren Knoten. Bei dem einen Knäuel hat es durch den langen Farbverlauf nicht mehr gereicht.
Ich hoffe, dass die anderen in Ordnung sind.
Auf meine Email ans Kundencemter habe ich nur die schnippige Antwort erhalten, dass es Pech wäre.
Fazit: Geld für nichts bezahlt, unfreundlicher Service, halt Pech.
NIE WIEDER!!!
