Royal Mail made a mistake with delivery. I contacted Lorna via the online contact form and can only say she went above and beyond and got a new order sent out.
The 2nd order arrived and the socks are amazing.

So I ordered off these guys and wasn’t too sure what to expect as seen the reviews. After messaging support, I was told that they have recently re-booted the business after a lot of trouble with suppliers 2 years ago. I was assured me that they would get my order out to me and if paid by PayPal, I would be protected.

I received my socks and I was over the moon! They sent two extra pairs for me and even checked in with me once delivery was made!

I’m definitely going to be going back and wish them every success in the future!

Recently received my socks, was sceptical about the quality because of how good the price was. But was very surprised when I put a pair on and have had a few friends ask me about where I got them from as the design is so different. Would recommend

About 10 days after I placed my order, the website suddenly disappeared. I allowed time for delays due to covid and it being the end of November however after three weeks and multiple messages via email and social media with zero replies, I ended up having to open a case with PayPal who thankfully got my money back. The order never appeared and I never got a single reply from the company.

Product never arrived, no response or refund.

I placed an order on the 2nd of November, after hearing nothing for over two weeks I emailed them to ask what was happening with my order. I followed this up a week and a half later with a second email and have still yet to get any communication back from the company although they have taken my money. I will be shortly cancelling my order and seeking a refund through my bank as I am unable to contact anyone.
