This company has made me lose $400 in funds yesterday after their data centers suddenly crashed for my VPS, this then turned off my MT4 and MT5 apps running my EA, mind you my EA is Ai based and requires real time information in order to work properly and 2 hours of no access is a massive problem especially when the trades were running, I’m so annoyed from this I’m just waiting on my final invoice then I’m leaving this company..

Worst service i have ever use ! System down at least 3 times in 3 months disconnecting my robot trading ... ask for refund but keep asking me to change server , when this server down ask me migrate to another server , no end .. disrupting my EA trading ..please think twice

Don't buy from them, they don't give you the service after payment, too bad I paid with PayPal and they refunded me since I opened the dispute.

If you do not wanto to use Metatrader SocialVPS is so worthless for you. The VPS address is not accessible—even from within the VPS itself. This suggests that one's VPS may not have direct access to a public IP and that incoming connections to that port are not being forwarded.
So SocialVPS provides a NAT-ed network setup, where a shared public IP is used and direct port forwarding is not enabled by default.
I requested a public IP access to my VPS on port 5000/TCP, but nothing happened. So I asked a cancellation of service and a refund, but their policy is not that consumer-friendly. Like their service is not customer-friendly.
