Total scam!
I paid and no activity on my instagram for three days. I then emailed them to ask what was going on and they told me "I needed to disable 2 factor authentication" which was never enabled. So they hadn't even looked at my account! After 5 days there was no optimisation or anything done to the account. Only 10 new followers which may have come naturally anyway. I have now cancelled and asked for a refund.
Avoid at all costs!
Update: 23/02/20. Socialmonk have refused to refund me unless I remove this honest review. Blackmail?
Update: 23/02/20. Socialmonk has emailed to say that I will be refunded and my account cancelled.
Update 24/02/20. Despite the previous email an attempt was made to charge my card. Luckily I had advised my bank so no charge was made. So it seems my account has not been cancelled and they want more free money from me!
