Confession Time: I live in South Florida, and I’ve never been a fan of working with social media agencies because of the all the unknowns. I’m not used to them being able to deliver on what they offer. However this is has only been 23 days of me working with Social Hackettes and my social media accounts have transformed. They do a great job at the creative content creation, they offer in-house photography and videography, and I’ve never worked with such a professional team in a long time. I don’t know how they do it but for such an affordable price I’m able to work with six creative professionals and usually the social media managers in the past have only had resources for one person to work with me however, now I get six people to chime in and help me with my creative ideas. I would highly recommend Social Hackettes to anyone looking to increase their online presence and have a consistent creative branding across all their social media account. 10/10

I would give absolute ZERO or Negative stars. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!
Kimberly was THEE WORST! The team did fine the 1st month. The 2nd month the posts started getting late. I've reached Kimberly and she was seemingly always clueless of what was going on.
January the person who was to post was out and no one were backups to my work. It was late, time to post late, and once again I asked Kimberly to help. To which her attitude was never good and my issues Never resolved.

I've complained that the work was not given the care or courtesy or respect it deserved as a paying customer. I informed I was going to get my money back for lack of quality work. She responded she had everything documented and lawyers to help ensure I don't get my money back for lack of work, quality or the fact that I had to at times had to post my own stuff that I HIRED them to do! I attempted to reason with them and they made it hard for me in the end.

I had to go through all the folders and the platform to gather my stuff as it is not a requirement Kimberly said and she wasn't going to have the team devote time or resources to ensure my exit with them.

I swear to you DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Despite what others have said.

I also realized this is a private label company. I was brought on by a broker who was getting a big cut when I was paying that person until she couldn't help manage this team so I paid the money directly to this makeshift team which isn't an actual company of workers but perhaps just a bunch of freelancers. And I'm convinced that Kimberly isn't the owner or has a company but another broker because she's clueless to what's been going on.

It doesn't matter if they can grow your numbers on IG. It is about the customer, freeing them up so the customer can focus what they suppose to and respect and give quality work for the price they charged.

DO NOT HIRE THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

The service is great and honest
This is my second week and I can see my channel start growing.

Great service as advertised…. wont get any botted/ removed views or subs with this service. Everything is steady and consistent. Ensure you know how many videos you post each month to ensure you have selected the right package/options for maximum effect. I Have had some issues with other providers that promise real ppl growth and views but so far this service has come through consistently and in a big way.
