I used SocialDrift for four months. Was a bit dissapointed when they pivoted to an optimization platform, but stuck around because they provided a good service.

I was subscribed to SocialDrift's annual plan, and it just ended. My experience with them was better than most services I've used.

SocialDrift's optimization tool is great for novice users, like myself.

HORRENDOUS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, is my advice. I am based in the UK, paid for a month and received an awful service. It doesn't actually do anything. Takes hours to update after you post something on Instagram and then it only give basic information like, 'this is your most popular post'. Wow, like I couldn't figure that out myself.

When I contacted 'customer service live chat' to enquire further, to say they were nothing but rude is an understatement.... and they take at least two days to reply every time. It certainly is not ‘live chat’. It seems like it is run by about two or three people who manually do everything.

I requested a refund and after a few rude messages they finally agreed. They said it would be in my account within 5 working days...that message to me was on November 1st...it is now November 19th and there is still no refund in my account. They are also now ignoring my messages since then.

I don't normally post reviews as I usually give people and companies the benefit of the doubt if thing go wrong…. I only post when I receive an absolute abominable service, and this is one of them.

Don’t waste your money.

My social media team and I used SocialDrift's optimization tool for a handful of our clients, and had a great experience.

SocialDrift provided a little generic, but definitely useful recommendations for Instagram accounts.

I used SocialDrift for 2 months since their optimization pivot. I received good value for the money spent. But now that I have a hang of what I can do to improve my Instagram content, I won't be using the tool anymore.

I have the paid version of SocialDrift and the information it gives me is really useful! If you want to take your Instagram account seriously then you need this!

The company is fake. Their website promises services that they no longer provide such as automation. Once I paid for a month, I realized it wasn't doing anything, so I canceled immediately. I did a quick google search and turns out they have been shut down! I contacted customer service and this was the response " Hi there! I apologize for the delay in response.

I am very sorry about that confusion.

You can cancel your subscription at anytime on your account's settings page by clicking on the 'Cancel account' button. This will automatically end your subscription at that moment.

Once you have, please reach back out to us and we will send in a refund request for you! "

This was in August, it is now October and no one has reached out to me regarding a refund. I reported it to my credit card company and SocialDrift has also not responded to them.

Good instagram tips for begginers. Overall pretty solid experience.
