In my experience, this service was a complete waste of money. The engagement I received appeared to come from fake or bot accounts, not genuine users, making the service effectively worthless if you’re looking to build a real audience.
To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns and requested a refund, it was refused despite the poor quality of what was delivered.
There are far better providers out there that value their customers and provide a more transparent service. I regret spending my money here, and I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company think twice before purchasing. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.
