The item itself is lovely but I was under the impression that fittings would be provided (both for wall and gate) but these were missing.
The 'free' poster also had a tear in it.
Since posting this, the company got in touch and replaced the poster and are amending their wording to make it clear that the fittings are not included with the board. Consequently, due to their customer service I have altered my rating from 3 - 4.
