Extremely unprofessional — especially coming from the owner
I am posting this review based solely on my personal experience and communications with this company.
I was contacted repeatedly by their salesperson regarding their services. After multiple calls and texts, I was surprised that when I later contacted the business, the response I received from the owner was simply: “Who is this?”
Regardless of whether my number had been saved, I found that response extremely unprofessional. A simple, courteous response such as, “I’m sorry, I don’t have this number saved—may I ask who this is?” would have been completely different.
I also felt pressured during the sales process and did not feel that the available options were clearly presented to me.
When I raised my concerns, I received an explanation that my contact information somehow had not been saved. That explanation did not change my experience or my opinion of how the interaction was handled.
I have screenshots of the communications referenced in this review and am attaching them so the interaction can speak for itself.
The worst part came the next day. Instead of respecting my clear request to STOP contacting me, they continued texting me. At that point, it felt like outright bullying and harassment—not an attempt to resolve anything. I had already made it crystal clear that I wanted no further communication, yet they continued anyway. Completely unacceptable behavior from a business, especially after the way I had already been treated.
This review reflects my personal experience and opinion based on my direct communications with the company. Based on that experience, I would not recommend them.

I highly recommend working with Social Adjustment! We have been 100% satisfied with their marketing and appointment services. Since we have been working with them we have been scaling our practice! We have had 0 no shows, over 50 packages sold! Dane, is on top of all.of our campaigns and he responds quickly to any questions we have.
