Poor advent calendar, excellent customer support service

I've bought So Charm advent calendar from the Yoox platform in the beginning of December. It came to me in Riga, Latvia in two weeks. Calendar itself was big disappointment, but customer support service very good, fast and friendly. I have sent back this calendar and received full refund + refund on transportation expenses.
Thank you very much for your help and cooperation, expecially to Pascal who coordinated my case. I am very grateful for his help.
