It's 100% a scam, a pyramid scheme. It's just as Seanra described it. I almost joined but my friends did and sobuy shutdown soon after so they lost some of their initial investment/fee. However, there were some who paid for the higher entry ...8k or 18k to join the program and it got shut down right after they joined or upgraded. This happened this week.
best investment so far. have profited more then my initial start up cost. you dont have to invite people its optional and their is a limit on the referral, for everyone that are doing reviews and dont actually know stop judging.
PYRAMID SCHEME SCAM. They ask you to continue recruiting people and pay massive joining fees. They claim you can make money by clicking links which is ridiculous. The company will eventually delay withdrawals and then make excuses to not pay you.
They will then close the company down soon and everyone will lose all their money. AVOID!!!
The way the scam works is you have to pay between $300 and $8000 to SoBuy to get a "VIP" membership so that you can "work" for them. To pay for VIP membership, you have to transfer the aforementioned fee to SoBuy via cryptocurrency (at this point it really should be obvious it's a scam). Once you're a VIP, you can supposedly make up to $144,000 per year performing trivial "tasks" (pretending to buy products from online retailors and writing fake reviews for these products).
Eventually you will try to cash out your "earnings" and there will be some sort of problem. Maybe you've been paying for "VIP" in installments and they claim they won't release funds until you finish paying off your installments. Curiously, you won't be able to pay off these installments with the money you "earn" through their website. Alternately, maybe you paid in full and they claim there is a delay or maybe you need to upgrade to an even higher, super secret VIP level that costs even more money.
Either way, whatever money you've sent them is gone for good and you'll never be able to withdraw more than a tiny amount of your "earnings".
SoBuy has already prepared for being called out as scammers and claim that there are other companies that pretend to be them that run scams. I can assure you that the SoBuy you're in contact with is a scam, there is no sane reason why you should need to pay money to get work.
