I am very happy with this product. The furniture looks high quality, is solid, and very well finished. The color tone is much better than I expected—not too brown, very balanced and natural, and it matches perfectly with my kitchen floor and cabinets. I absolutely love the industrial style, it looks fantastic in the space.
The assembly is quite easy, as the instructions are clearly explained step by step. We assembled it between two people without any issues. I recommend using a drill or electric screwdriver, as it makes the process much faster.
All the parts are perfectly numbered, as well as the screws and fittings, which come in separate labeled bags connected together, making assembly very straightforward. Due to the weight, the item arrives in two well-packaged boxes, with good protection.
Delivery was slightly delayed due to weather conditions, but the communication with the seller, SoBuy, through AliExpress was excellent—clear, responsive, and solution-oriented, both logistically and financially.
Overall, it was a great decision to buy directly from SoBuy’s official AliExpress store. Highly recommended, both for the product quality and customer service.

Stuff arrived ok but I must say it is the worst-designed piece of rubbish I have seen in a long time. Basic stuff, like the threads on the locking screws aren't long enough, so they strip (I ended up snipping the points of the screws off with snips, which gives half a turn more and enables them to "bite"). But why should the customer have to re-engineer the product to make it work? Also there are two different brackets to go on the poles - but all in one pack and nothing in the instructions to say that if you use the wrong ones on the lower poles they will strip. Avoid.

Really Bad,no support at all, Customer Service Not existing, missed delivery windows ... Never again

Half of the parts were missing even though the delivery said it was complete. The manual lists 29 parts, but I only got 13. On top of that, the parts aren’t labeled like they are in the instructions, so figuring out what’s what is a guessing game. Overall your service is very disappointing
