I’ve placed many orders with Soaposh, from assessments to ingredients. Always good on quality, delivery time and price. Nearly all of my ingredients are from Soaposh and not once anything was defective. My favourites are the super strength bath bombs dyes, I’ve compared many bath bombs dyes from different places and these ones are the best. As for assessment, I’ve found Sooaposh the most economical, as they do 8 variants, whilst others do only 6 and their dedicated assessments team are always responsive and very helpful.

I made my order less than 48 hrs ago and its here delivered in full already, extremely impressed with my products, delivery time scale and customer service excellent, I read some negative reviews that worried me, but in all honesty i shouldnt have worried, excellent service Thanks for my lovely order!!

I have ordered several products from them. All their pigments are gorgeous and super intense. I really like their scents too, they are very elegant and complex fragrances (unlike some other soap ingredient providers whose fragrances are flat and a bit tacky).

I have done three CPSR assesments and they have always been super quick and helpful. One of them, I had to delay for quite a long time (first because one of my providers changed their formulation for one of their ingredients and I had to start testing my products again, and then because I had a baby and I just couldn't manage to find time). They were SUPER understanding and nice about it. They were very flexible and went above and beyond to help. I'd really recommend them for the assessments, they are quick, flexible and they allow you to buy products from other providers if you want to, which allows you to create very unique formulations for your products.

Just received my order of fragrances and dyes, they come all separately wrapped and packaged really well. They even added a dipdab sweet which was nice gesture!
The fragrances come in nice bottles, all smell really nice and strong, which is just what I wanted!
The dyes are also really good, tried the tiniest amount of pink dye just to test the colour and it filled a pint glass of a lovely, vibrant pink colour!
Only one thing that could be better and that is the communication, I did contact them a couple of times to enquire when my order was being delivered (it arrived 7 working days after the order was placed) and I didn't get any replies. Although, I do understand this could be down to the lack of staff due to covid.
Overall, really impressed and happy with my order, will definitely be ordering from them again! 😊

I'll keep this as short as possible from my experiences, and include both the positives and negatives as I feel a balanced view is important.

Pros: Nice range of products, some gorgeous scents, cheap postage in comparison to some sites. Quite a large selection of items, active community groups. Prompt refunds.

Cons: Staff are often sharp with you and talk down to you like you know nothing compared to them. Social media pages and emails often go unanswered for days. Some customers can't access one group and have been waiting for months (literally) for access. The community is helpful, the staff, not so much. Some people in there you can tell they just take an instant dislike to. Delivery times vary wildly, from a few days to a few weeks and you're rarely (if ever) kept updated about it. If items are out of stock then you won't actually find out until the order arrives with items missing. They will issue a refund promptly though. Some items used in their assessments are out of stock, and they can't tell anyone when they will be back in - even a ballpark figure would help. Some paperwork is missing from the site, so if you're buying for a business, please be aware of this. Other information has to be copied and pasted rather than offering a download for your records. My local Trading standards office weren't happy about this as its too easily altered.

Would I recommend their products? Some, yes.

Would I recommend them? No - To me the cardinal rule of business is good customer service, and theirs left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I've now accepted a £300 loss of my own volition, rather than risk ordering again. Its more trouble than its worth.

Fantastic! My whole order arrived within the week, beating all my expectations given the current difficulties caused by Covid and lockdown. I was quite prepared to wait a couple of weeks or so, given that I had ordered a flexi assessment too, and the website states up to 3 weeks for this to be prepared. Amazing service folks, thank you very much!
