This company has lovely products and for ingredients orders a quick dispatch. However, for assessments the turn around is a bit long and communication is fast with a first reply but after that very minimum. I was promised a formulation for an assessment I was waiting on for 3 weeks so i cpuld start test but it never was actually send to me. This also state in their information page that you get the formula ahead of the assessment. I have been waiting on a fragrance which was out of stock for over 5 weeks now, which is fine but no communication further about that they know and that they are still waiting for it and have not forgot about it.
They have a lovely group where you can join as a customer also.
The chemist who does the assessments is a very good chemist which I love. Their assessments are worth every penny! Having said all that I did purchase more assessments.

I had an small issue with PayPal, turned out it was my fault. I called and spoke to a lovely lady. Everything worked out and I received my products quickly and they all smell amazing. I look forward to working with them for a long time.

The products are of the highest quality and postage is quick and all products are packaged extremely well to prevent leaks etc. Also, the products are of a good price compared to other similar companies. Would recommend Soaposh to all.

Soaposh have really been my go to , the service they provide to their customers is second to none,you know the ingredients are top quality and they are always looking to support their customers too,knowing that most of us are small businesses and its been a tough year.Of late they have offered discount codes, free fragrance oils if you spent over a certain amount and free next day delivery.,it all helps.I know that I can place an order in the morning and it normally arrives the next day.Apart from ingredients they also sell top quality packaging, bottles,jars and bags,it's really a one stop shop for any small business manufacturing cosmetics.They also offer cosmetic flexi assessments making it easy for beginners without the worry of having to formulate and test your own recipes,yes I remember those days.
