Very good communication and super fast delivery. The package was beautifully presented with a hand written note. The attention to detail was lovely!

The cherry on the cake was the fact that they stocked a product I haven't been able to find for a while and the added surprise of a free (full sized!!) sample.

I had a problem with a Living Natually product that i had not had a problem with before in previous years of use. Living Naturally were most accomodating and helped address the problem, in this case by identifying the likely change that had caused me a problem and by swapping over the product.

I ordered 3 product from this company, Fragrance Free Botanic Liquid Soapnut Soap, Organic Herbal Hair Rinse Conditioner and Coconutty Soapnut Shampoo Bar. The liquid soap was brilliant. The shampoo bar was like rubbing a mix of lard & candle wax on my hair which felt wet and slimy and stiff at the same time. I was on holiday on a remote island with no shops - luckily I was able to use the hand soap to scrub it out. The hair rinse smelt great but had no conditioning action at all - I tested that before I went and purchased an alternative elsewhere. Tipped it down the sink, bottle made a great plant mister.

Seriously brilliant quality shampoos, soap and essential oils. Since using their shampoo I no longer have an itchy scalp and can go days without washing my hair. I don't even need conditioner anymore as it leaves my hair so soft. I also buy their liquid soap, which is just lovely and natural. The company are friendly and helpful and I love supporting them as I know they're family run.

Such a lovely, family run business, I can’t fault them at all! I’m in love with their hair care range - soo natural, high class ingredients, that don’t cost the earth! They stock so many amazing products, I am so glad I discovered them!

My order got lost with the courier but these guys have been really great, I loved that I could talk to them on the phone as well as via email, makes it so much easier to contact someone. I would rather support a small business than order something of a far lower quality from Amazon and have it show up the next day!

Amazing service!! I had placed an order but the delivery driver misplaced my order. So contacted the customer service team and they were really good now that I got my replacement cannot wait to use the products. Thank you.

I have always had a pleasant experience and have been ordering for years, no problems at all. Maybe people need to exert some patients, not everything is 'prime' with a fast paced life. Products have never disappointing me.

Terrible experience. Ordered some muslin bags for £4, during the covid crisis. Never received a shipping confirmation. I left it for a while as I thought they were probably delayed etc..then notified them. Was told it had been shipped. Even though it had been a full month I was not offered anything to be resent nor a refund, and when I asked they just refused it and blamed the Royal Mail.
Do not Use.

Happy with this company and have tried many of their lovely products. They do have quite slow delivery, which I don't mind, but bear that in mind if you need something speedily.

Good Natural Products With A Good Overall Range. This Is Let Down By Not Only The Slowest Delivery Service I Have Ever Experienced... And One Which I Have Experienced Several Times So Know It Is A Consistent Blunder...

But Also The Worst, Quite Frankly Non Existent Customer Service From A Company... Send An Email To Chase Your Order You Are Awaiting From 15 Days Ago, Get No Reply! I Have Ordered International Items With A Quicker Delivery.

Poor Communication, Poor Service... Good Product.... Maybe Don't Ignore Your Customers & Pick Up The Delivery Speed!

In My Opinion, Avoid & Purchase & Support Other Businesses Of The Same Detail.. Incidently You Can Buy These Same Products On Other Websites With A Far Greater Service Standpoint.. Go Figure!!!

Fantastic prompt easy to use company.
Their website is full of information regarding the products and which ones may be right for you.

I appreciated the small touch of a handwritten note on my invoice about a small sample they included. The company feels real and approachable.

The packaging is zero waste being paper or card and you can choose how you want your soap wrapped.
This all helps towards creating a more positive environmental impact.

Will definately be back for more :)
