I have used soap and glory for many…
I have used soap and glory for many years with No issues or skin complaints. However, on this occasion my skin suffered very painful burns from using the sheet mask. I contacted soap and glory with no response whatsoever. I sent evidence of my burn on my face and swelling that occurred on only one side of my face, also the skin on my eyelid was peeling off!!!!
I'm absolutely appalled that this is how they deal with loyal customers. To further add damage to this problem, Boots who I also contacted, own soap and glory are not taking any fault for this product that they have produced. After continuously repeating myself to them that I have previously used this product with no issues only to ignored. They are now refusing to respond to my emails to deal with this issue which I find incredibly unprofessional. I will be taking this further as I will not stand to be treated in this manner by such company. The customer is always right and ignoring my request has only escalated this problem.

Soap & Glory:
Sleeping mask, soap, shower gel, body puff, lip balm, body butter, face mask, hand cream, foot cream, facial wash, shampoo, the list is endless.
No matter how many Soap & Glory products I own, I still can't get enough.
