I ordered a fitted sheet in July. No indication that it was a pre-order. Absolutely no communication from the company until I called and raised an issue.
Told it would be in stock week commencing 24 Aug, then by 31 Aug. Definitely despatched before September. It's now September and no sheet.
I'm starting to think that the stock is a figment of their imagination.
I did email customer support again to ask if they had stock and when I could expect my order to be finally sent. No answer.
DO NOT order from them.

It's mid September and still no sheet. Plus reaching them on the phone is almost impossible. I think the lines are open 9-noon (3 hours). The phone message doesn't say that, it says the staff are on.an annual training day. But they have been on 5 of them that I know of.

Gorgeous linen bedding, feels really well made and high quality. Lovely details such as the material ties rather than buttons to close the duvet cover.

Ordered a duvet 6 days ago. Emailed to see why it hasn't arrived. Still showing as 'we are preparing your order'. No response to my email. Phoned customer service but their offices are closed for a 'training day'. I hope the training has something to do with customer service. Shocking service! When I do phone again tomorrow I will be cancelling my order and shopping elsewhere!

The quality of the products is very good indeed . We haven’t used silk duvets before but are now converts. Also, the mattress topper is a delight to sleep on. Delivery was un problematic and around five working days

10 days and the item is still not with the courier, even though they gave a tracking number . Others do the same products but you will receive it before you die

The order took two weeks to ship. Once we called and complained it was swiftly processed and shipped.

Excellent products. Very pleased.

Delivery was slower than expected hence 4stars rather than 5.

Great pillows

The all seasons 13.5 tog duvet is lovely! Very comfortable and feels like a hug.

Even though separating and rejoining the two duvets is timely, I understand the design choice and it does feel more luxurious than the typical poppers at other companies.

Delivery was also super fast! It said it would come to my collection point on the next working day (I ordered on a Friday) but it actually came the next day on a Saturday which was a great surprise!

I had ordered bed linen to take to our French property. 5 working days would have been in time. After 4 days I had not had notification of dispatch and also realised I had not allowed for the bank holiday. I rang. At no extra cost they got the stuff out that day on next day delivery. It arrived Friday morning.

I was kept informed about a delay to my order. Appreciate being kept informed. Items arrived securely packaged and within stated time frame.

I'm very happy with the quality of the bedding I ordered, it actually exceeded my expectations. I though I'd treat my self to lined bedding and it is so soft and comfortable! Looks great too. Delivery took a bit longer than I would have liked, but worth it.
