Slow dispatch, still waiting after a week
Still waiting over a week after placing an order for my items to be dispatched. No updates or explanation - not sure if it's now out of stock or someone has forgotten about my order. I noticed that they take payment immediately, most companies only process your payment when they dispatch the item.
Poor customer service, lack of communication and I get the impression of a lack of interest in their customers.
Hopefully my order will eventually be dispatched, but based on my experience so far, would not order from them again.

Great quality duvets!
I have bought several duvets from Soak and Sleep in the past, and have always been delighted with my purchases.
There was a delay with my recent order even though I had paid for express delivery. These things do sometimes happen, but the company dealt with my complaint efficiently and to my satisfaction, thank you Soak and Sleep!
This is a great company who I will always use in the future.

I had been looking at wool filled…
I had been looking at wool filled duvets for quite a while but thought they were quite expensive. I decided that the actual cost per night of sleep wasn’t as prohibitive as I had assumed so ordered one. I have not been disappointed. It isn’t as heavy as I anticipated in fact it’s a lovely weight. I am looking forward to the winter nights to test it out.

So you replied but you haven’t dealt with that untrue reply have you as I requested. The parcel was sent out and now it hasn’t been received by me either although DPD apparently delivered to my property. As I told you I haven’t been at home until late last night and it wasn’t at the property. So what happens now? I don’t want anymore lies please.

No comms sent, no delivery in over a week. I managed to get through twice on the phone, last week and today, and they both said my order was being dealt with. I got told it would be shipped by this afternoon and that he would send me an email...hasnt happened. Will be attempting to get a refund tomorrow.

Atrocious company to deal with
Atrocious company to deal with. Zero communication, excuses about delays by couriers, no delivery updates when eventually one gets through an automated message informs you that they're closed for traing!
This is the second occasion when my order has not appeared. I have requested an immediate refund but the response so far has been an Ai robot.
