I was expecting a cloud like feel as my head sank into the pillow with a core of medium support in the middle. Instead this is a firm pillow with no cloud-like sensation at all. I had to buy extra large pillowcases because it's so thick/deep that standard pillowcases compress it and make it even firmer. It's also extremely slow to recover - down normally bounces back, but the dent from my head was still visible over 20 minutes after I got up. Overall I'm really disappointed, I thought I had paid for luxury but I definitely don't feel like I got it.

I have sensitive skin. This pillow is lovely and doesn't irritate me. It is nice and cool as well. You'll need extra large pillowcases to get the best comfort. Would definitely recommend.
