Unacceptable experience

Unacceptable experience. Despite providing the correct delivery address, the shipping label clearly showed a completely different pickup point, located far from my home. This makes it evident that the mistake was made by the seller, not the courier.

As a result, I had to organize myself and incur additional costs just to retrieve the package. When I reached out for support, I received no real assistance: only evasive responses, no proposed solution, and no accountability.

Poor transparency and very low standards in customer handling. Think carefully before buying from this company.
