Parcel didn’t arrive. Tegan from customer services emailed to say they would investigate and a refund would be issued within 24 hours. I’ve emailed and emailed to chase this and rang the customer service line that always seems to be closed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Worst customer service ever.
Excellent product and excellent customer service.
We have the Snuzpod 4. We noticed a fault with one of the legs which meant we couldn't attach the reflux bar. We contacted Snuzpod and they sent out a replacement part which arrived in 2 days. Our issue is now resolved. I'm really impressed and highly recommend.
Excellent customer service. Tegan was brilliant. I had an issue where a part wasn’t aligning up. She sent me a new one that same week. That also wouldn’t fit properly and so she sent me x2 of every part on the side that wasn’t correct just in case and everything fits perfectly now. People are quick to complain but we need to recognise good customer service when we receive it. Thank you so much. 1st class experience and my problem has been solved quickly.

Had an issue with an old Snuzpod4 that had pealed paint from all the edges. Even though it was out of warranty and not something they had seen before, they still replaced it next day, free of charge.
Snuz are an example of great customer service and genuine care for their users. Will continue to always buy from them!

Absolutely frustrating experience as first time parents. Ordered all bassinet, sheets, accessories etc. We paid $70 for 2 pack of bassinet sheets, waited weeks for delivery and received the wrong items, twice! Living overseas on a US military base, we don’t have access to USPS for returns and customer service told us nothing could be done. Left feedback to seller, no response. If they can’t fix a simple order mistake, what if something was wrong with the actual bassinet?! International buyers, beware, if they mess up, you’re the one paying for it. A complete waste of money. I chose this company for its supposed quality, never again.

Very helpful and cooperative staff after parts of our delivery were damaged during transit. Replacement parts were sent immediately. Tes even allowed us to exchange a mattress when we discovered it was the wrong size..

Great customer service. We received the snuz studio as a gift and it was from a different supplier not bought directly from Snuz but they replaced the faulty part with no questions asked. Tegan was exceptional throughout and kept us updated.

I recently had an issue with my snuzpod 4 and unfortunately had a few different problems which happened, which really put me off the snuzpod. But the service I received from Tegan was absolutely amazing and was so quick in solving the different issues I had, and making sure I received everything in perfect working condition which I’m so grateful for. So impressed with her service and how kind and understanding she was.

Fantastic service. Had a small problem with the mattress after it came out of the box and it hadn’t flattened correctly. They quickly addressed the issue and sent me out a replacement. Highly recommend
