The process of picking and ordering was the easiest. But shipping and delivering is pretty bad. It’s been a week now and it’s still not been delivered to impost. Please fix this please.

I still give these guys 5 stars and 10 if I could. Parcel did arrive one day later than normal but I wasn't bothered. They have always been great. They always send me fresh stock and have always been fantastic with communication. Best place online to buy your pouches. They also have a fantastic selection

Ordered 3 times never received package always an excuse why and told me parcel could not be delivered because i wasn’t home even though i have property camera footage of the entire day and no delivery driver showed up

I bought three products on 05/09/26 using the 2 day delivery option for inpost. As it was a Saturday I asked the ai chatbot and it said the order will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. it is not 12/09/26 and I have not received my order. The customer service email is practically non existent so don't bother asking for support. I had bought one product from the 99p line but I ended up getting charged £3.99 for the product. The support didn't reply to my emails inquiring about this. No refunds or anything. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with delivery and i won't be using snusvikings again.

Placed an order specifically for the next day delivery.
Ordered before midday Tuesday. Had no tracking number or anything. Wednesday comes and still nothing so I visited the live chat on the website, got through the bot which said a team member (human) would take over.
I sent several messages and got nothing no reply but in the middle of waiting they sent me a tracking number so the items were to be delivered Thursday. This meant they're now sitting outside my front door until 25th September when I return from holiday and ive also had to spend extra in the shop to get what i ordered. Still no correspondence either
