Quality
Order arrived a bit later than usual , but that’s the mail/courier side of it. It’s usually 7-10 days for it arrive. But the product is good - never had an issue with the quality or Snus not arriving - plus with the tracker it’s even better than before. I’ve used Snus line for the last 8 years maybe more tbh - never any major issues in that time - 5 stars from me

Noticeable improvement
I ordered some odens here, and I'm pleasantly surprised. I was hesitant to order from Snusline again, as they ran into some shipping trouble among other things, and the customer reviews made me wary of buying from them again. They stated that they are now under new management, so I decided to give it a shot. First of all, they shipped out the product in a very timely fashion, and my order arrived to The Netherlands in less than a week. My package was held by customs, to no fault of Snusline of course, and I received my order after about a week in total. Some customers have also complained about dry snus and/or expired snus, but I have not had this problem. Will be ordering from them again!

UK Happy customer
I've had 3 order to UK all in 2022 and they take a week to 10 days. I've always been able to check on my orders with tracking number and I've only had good experiences so far. I was worried about the reviews but then I found out that they're under new management via their subreddit. I would advise people to check their Reddit acc to see what stuff is on clearance it might be that very cheap bargain snus is short on date. Still it's always been in date and I just throw it straight in the freezer. Free postage is a nice touch! I've never had to pay any customs fees yet.

You are right, products on our outlet page often are close to the best before date, we advise customers to just get in touch with us for any concerns or questions.
Indeed, we are under new management and got totally reorganised with a team that is very motivated.
In case one receives wrong snus/snus past the best before dates - just contact us and we'll fix it.
TIP - there is no expiry date with snus, just best before dates and so you can store the snus for a while in the freezer or fridge for further use.

Don’t know what the negative reviews are about. If you live in a country with a third class mail service maybe you shouldn’t order things that use local mail services for delivery. I placed an order on a Sunday and on Wednesday Royal Mail informed me that I hade a parcel just cleared by customs and I received it on the Friday. Great service from snusline who kept me informed all the time
