Didn’t get the number of items I ordered and paid. Not possible to use the contact form on the website and no reply to my email I sent to the email address mentioned on their website. Big fat zero for customer service

Great service, fast delivery, good snus

I have using Thor for the last 4 months and really like their flavor, fast delivery and everything else but on my last order of Artic berry they seemed to have changed the formulation/thickness of their pouches. The recent ones are not as think or long lasting then the original ones. I hope they go back to their original formulation.

Probably one of the quickest deliveries I've ever received in Portugal, the Snus is pretty decent and well priced too, I've tried a few brands and this one doesn't have the salty taste which I have found unpleasant in some. I tried Nordic freeze extra strong because that was all that was available, it isn't too strong or over powering taste wise. Hopefully other flavours will be available again soon, a selection pack would be a nice addition to the range if anyone from Thor happens to read this👍🏼

I find this are the Best snus you can get. Very long taste. For me number 1

It just takes way to long to deliver lately.
And the products are mostly sold out..
in the past i didn't had these problems with Snuskitchen.

Quick and perfect delivery after the order

Very fast in delivery. That point is great, specially because Strong Black Mint in only available online, and Strong Cinnamon Fire has been impossible for me to find in Madrid

Product is ok, but GLS parcel-service is a disaster.
I asked to deliver in a parcel-locker, becaus I'm not at home much. They deliver somewhere else where there are limited opening hours. I couldn't even get a sorry.
Other parcel-service will give much better rating.

In the past, when UPS did the delivery, I received my delivery almost the next working day, with the new carrier I had to wait over a week...

Product quality still high, but the long shipping time was a bummer on my order experience...

I usually bought my pouches at a local Dealer in Luxemburg lately i followed thør pouches on Instagram and won a free can of pouches wich came fast and easy to my Home adress. From now on i easily Order it on snus kitchen and get it send directly to me. Much better on this way 😄

I bought 4 packs of Thor and only received 2 in the mail. These were valid for 2022 and 2023. It couldn't be worse. To date, I have not received new products or a refund, although I have complained several times.
