Terrible customer service.
Their website clearly states that you can make changes to your order within four hours of placing it. I emailed them within 2 minutes of ordering to make a change, along with several other follow-up emails. They waited until the item has been dispatched before getting back to me and are now saying it is my fault and won't do anything to intercept the package.

It's a great idea and a good product, but the after sales service is very poor. I made a request to order a replacement cover(only two weeks after receiving the original) for the body pillow. Was happy to pay for a replacement but suggested that as just a cover it would probably be a lower price and of course less postage.
The Sales team flatly refused and said replacement covers were NOT available. It now makes my original purchase a waste of money as i would have to order a whole new pillow when all i need is a replacement cover. Not a good response and frankly making me regret the whole purchase. What a shame!

Super high quality plushie that’s so soft. The printing is also very clear and sharp. It will be given as a Christmas gift and I can’t wait for my fiancée’s reaction. Overall a great funny gift, I would recommend.

My order was out for delivery almost a week ago , haven’t received it or response to email regarding this item . First time used shop not sure I will use it again

Speedy efficient and good quality product

Did not receive my £6.99 gift box and i have emailed snugzy TWICE two weeks ago and they have proceeded to ignore me. I just want the box or a refund its not that hard.

I ordered the Blue Football Kit Face Pillow and the Snugzy Gift Box from you. First of all, the Snugzy Gift Box did not arrive at all — the product was delivered only in a thin plastic package instead of the gift box.

Secondly, I created the Blue Football Kit Face Pillow exactly according to the required measurements so that it would cover the entire side of my head. However, it does not, and additionally, the other side is completely empty.

Ordered a Snugzy for my 9 year old granddaughter. It arrived quickly and the photo reproduction of her face was fantastic. I thought the quality of the whole product was excellent and it will prove to be good fun on Christmas Day.

It stated the dog picture was going to be cut to shape and it wasn't. It was just an oval shape. Very poor quality.

I have sent numerous emails without any response. My order has not been delivered and I have no way of finding out where it is :( Very poor customer service

Order not fulfilled after taking money and didn't notify me of the stock issues until I asked them really poor avoid

The email to evaluate the product here was faster than the product arriving. which didn't arrive so far.

It will be way over the 5 days ( express delivery ) that was planned on the checkout to arrive.
