This was such a quick and seamless process. I knew from the get go that I was going to use SnugWorld as they were the only bed suppliers I found to have a fast turnaround time. Thankfully they’re in my town, so I visited their showroom to get a feel of the bed I already saw and liked online (the Oslo bed).

Their rep, Ayra, took her time to explain to me and showed me fabric options. I ordered that same day and we finalised on a convenient delivery day.

For ease, I paid for the bed to be assembled and ordered a mattress from them as well. I didn’t have to chase up on the delivery date, bed and mattress delivered and set up with no issues. And let’s just say I’d be recommending SnugWorld to as many people as I can.

I received delivery of my order of 3 double beds and mattresses yesterday and I'm absolutely over the moon. The service provided by Matty at the Stockport branch and Jim who delivered and fitted my beds was amazing. This company prides itself on quality beds and exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend.

What can I say! By far the best bed I’ve had, the quality of the beds are insane pictures and videos just don’t do them justice outstanding best and definitely worth every penny, customer service is amazing, if I had a problem or question it got sorted straight away and they go above a beyond to make sure everything you want and need! Very quick delivery and the lads that put the beds together are amazing and a right laugh thank you to the team I am beyond happy with my bed and I can’t wait to make another purchase

Having spent a few weeks looking at different bed company’s, almost ordering then changing my mind due to realising that there is so many company’s using each others photographs and they don’t have a showroom to show their own beds, my worry then was if they are using competitors photos, what is the quality going to actually be like.
Then I discovered Snugworld beds, and thank goodness I did!
As soon as I walked into the showroom I knew I would be ordering from them, although which bed to choose and which fabric as they are all stunning.
Ayra delivered great customer service in helping me decide and within 1 week, my bed was made and delivered, and I must add it is to an extremely high standard.
I am thrilled with my Munich bed, super king with 6 foot headboard.

I recently had my beds and headboards made from Snuggworld beds. And i couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! The customer service was fantastic, and the fitters did an amazing job. The beds look incredible in my space. I also appreciate that they stored my beds in their warehouse for a whole year until I was ready for them. Highly recommended this company for their excellent service and quality products!

The whole shopping experience to buying our new bed was amazing, checking on instagram then to the showroom. Excellent customer service helpful attention to detail. Delivery dates were flexible.

On the day delivery we got a call to give us the exact time. The two gentleman that came we’re professionals knew what they were doing fitted perfectly and left the room in clean. I would definitely recommend this to my family friends.

Brilliant UK based business. Tailor made the bed, even changed to footboard for no extra charge and assembled on my house. Tim and Ant were also really helpful

They were very flexible and managed to meet all our financial and booking date needs.

Ordered a bespoke made bed through Snugworld beds. They were very accommodating to my requirements and helped give advice on what would look best after telling them my original idea. I was kept up to date throughout the process and the team always rang to confirm the details of the bed to ensure everything was correct. Delivery was prompt and they even helped me rearrange the delivery from the original date when I had a clash with no problems. The bed was unpacked & assembled in my room and secured to the wall by the team and they were all lovely. Extremely pleased with the product and service received from Snugworld Beds will definitely be using them again. Absolutely in love with my bed it’s exactly what I wanted.
