A super scam I been fighting for 2 months to get my money. I seen them on instagram and I should have known. But don’t mess wit these folks they are trash

I was scammed by this merchant as well! Same as everyone else
And what’s worse is my bank Wells Fargo is claiming the charges were authorized!!!!! Bull crap!!!! They charged me 3 times 99.99, and 102.87!!!!!! And i never received my beanbag!!!! I am pissed off

Never received my order. Straight scam. Oder it through Facebook. If you see this company run!!! This was my confirmation #.

I will add to this discussion. I too was scammed by this fraudulent company that dissappears after you order. I did receive the blanket or should I say baby sized throw and NOTHING like what I ordered. More needs to be done about this. I never received the rest and was OVER CHARGED BIG TIME. Typical China I guess.

Package never delivered. I had insurance on delivery. The tracking they provided showed it was delivered across the country, despite my shipping address being entered correctly on their website. Unable to contact costumer service after several email attempts. Will have to report to bank to rescind charges from this company. Don’t waste your time on Snugggrove.

Ordered a Cozy Cloud and a blanket from the site, that I saw the add for on Facebook. Got my confirmation email and my shipping email. Then 2 more purchase confirmations for 2 more Cozy Clouds that I didn't buy. Went to get on the site and it was unavailable, and the phone number I found rings busy. Shipping status shows in process on a tracking company out of China. I got duped and lost about $400. So if you see Snuggrove show up on Facebook or any other site selling beanbags called Cozy Cloud just know they're actually ScamGrove and the only thing they're selling is bull sh...

Like so many others have written, I too was scammed!!
The company sends you emails confirming your order. In my case, it was for a bean bag. They sent me emails with tracking information but the web page is broken and gives you error messages.
They have now charged my credit card 4 times for different amounts!!
I have canceled my credit card and disputing all charges!!

Just like everyone else, I ordered the bean bag chair. The next day I received an email stating it was shipped. I go to check the tracking and their website is down. I manually plug in the tracking number and it shows my item was delivered in Idaho, yet I live on the east coast.

Same with me I ordered one and they charged me like normal got the shipping info etc. following day another charge then again the next day. Been tracking all the packages and the first one was delivered today in Oklahoma and I’m in Minnesota. Next one is now in Chicago….. we will see if it makes it here. I already disputed last 2 charges but now that I know it’s a scam I’m gonna dispute the original order ugh so pissed!! I emailed them after then2nd charge and they said they will refund me the money and it’ll take up to 4 business days. Then for the 3rd charge I emailed them again and got an email saying it’s the weekend and a ticket has been submitted and they will get back to me. That was on April 28th and it’s now May 6th. I emailed them again still haven’t gotten anything and tried to check my order through my email to their website and it’s no longer available. Complete SCAM!!

SCAMMERS ordered bean bag chair, they kept sending texts of tracking said was delievered. I never recieved order, tried to contact them no phone no contact site just nonlegit email.

This is a scam scheme. Save yourself the hassle and don’t bother ordering from here. They charge your card and DO NOT DELIVER. Don’t do it.

I ordered a beanbag from them and the Company's tracking worked for 1 week, during which it said my merchandise was delivered in PA. I live in MN.

I tried to contact them via email 4 times with no response.

The tracking link and company website no longer exists.

Scam! Ordered a beanbag. Itvsaid it was delivered to Mooresville, NC. I am.in Minnesota. Tried emailing and no response! Will dispute with credit card

Scam they lie and I got tracking then they turned around showed delivery at 8:51 my time but in reality it was 8:15 when got notification and no items! They charged me a ton of money!

I paid for a bean bag chair. Upon review, you can get the same bean bag chair for cheaper. The process took forever. It stated that it was coming from China via the Shop app. However, when it came time to deliver, it was shipped to Alexandria, VA. NOT MY ADDRESS. The receipt had my address, however. When I called USPS, the representative stated that it appeared that the seller mailed the merchandise to themselves.

I was advised to make contact with the seller. I sent emails to no avail. I will be filing a dispute with my bank.

I also did not receive my bean bag, I am in Chicago and it was getting 'shipped' to California. Luckily, I used a one time card, so they could not keep charging me. SCAM!!

Scam. Charged my card multiple times for a bean bag I ordered. Disputing transactions with my bank now. The website appears to have been taken down now.

Charged me for a bean bag and shipping protection. Tracking number was sent and then tracking said “returning parcel.”
I sent four emails to which I received no reply. I am now filing a dispute with my credit card company as this snuggrove business is fraudulent.

Run !! This scam I ordered a bean bag and I got email they delivery in Dallas however I'm in the east coast area . No one to contact and they charged me send couple emails no one responded, this a scam not sure where they got they reviews on fb from

I also was charged every day after ordering 1 bean bag chair. $100 a day and I don’t know what to do about it. Total scam
