Lifetime guarantee is worthless. Item (MacBook case) fell to bits, ask you to prove purchase etc, you do and they say it's not valid despite the email proving it. Customer Service guy who's name ryhmes with 'him' and starts with a J is useless.

I have Snugg case for my IPro, the product relies on the plastic corners so the IPro will snap in. Problem is they use brittle plastic on the corners and they break easily. The reviews above about quality have GOT to be fake. Customer service was good and replaced mine quickly…and the corners broke off the new one in a matter of weeks. This is their business model…don’t buy their cr@p.

Snagg makes quality leather Goods and provides us a Lifetime Warranty. I bought a beautiful iPadPro Case that is very handy and attractive, and was only $thirty dollars. I had a slight problem with it several years later at a joint-seam assembly and contacted SNUGG.

Not only did they get back to me right away with excellent customer service, but Luis helped coordinate the brand new replacement immediately. I simply sent him a photo. Luis and Elaine even got it delivered for me on a Sunday! I am therefore impressed by all the good features this product has for an iPad (iPod, iPhone, etc...), but with their fast turn around time without any games. I therefore have nothing but good things to say about this Company, organizations like this are few and far between, and can be trusted to sell us good products at very reasonable prices AND stand behind the products we buy. Try these people for any electronics cases you need, you won’t be disappointed. I won’t hesitate buying other things from them.

Snugg, Fantastic service Fast reply and Fast to get it sorted for me, James was very helpful my problem was with phone case cracking not wear and tear as James could see, and without hesitaion said I will get you another one sent out straight away, Thanks again James and Thanks again Snugg.

What wonderful service I have just received from snugg, well from James Simpson!!! My iPhone cover needed replacing, within a week I have received a new one , thanks to James !!!!

After 18 months of normal use, the phone holder has cracked and broken, and the case has detached itself from the phone holder. I tried to contact the company via the Amazon website, their Facebook page and via email to invoke the so called ‘Lifetime guarantee’, but they just will not answer. Why offer such a guarantee when you have no intention of following it through?

Snugg offered a lifetime warranty when I purchased my iPad case after 4 years it fell apart and was worn beyond belief. When I contacted them their lifetime warranty meant nothing. They would not replace it. Their warranty’s are worthless lifetime should mean lifetime. It didn’t hold up well and they won’t honor their warranty this is not a cheap price and they should back their product. Their warranty is worthless and they don’t stand behind their products. Buyer beware.

Been using SNUGG phone wallets and iPad covers for years now, always found them to be superb, look good and well made, I’ve had a problem with current 7 plus wallet quality but as soon as I contacted them they said they would send me a replacement immediately, if only other companies did this level of customer service we would be living in a perfect world!

When I emailed them about a problem I was having on my Snugg keyboard cover, they replied the same day. Within 2 days they had a new keyboard cover in the mail to me. I was Very impressed! Their emails felt very personal. Thanks Snugg!

THESE PEOPLE ARE BOMB. I bought a laptop case and part of the stitching ripped on it, I told them and I'm expecting a new one within 5 days. No charge, no need to return. No one is like that anymore!
