We had a new patio door a few weeks ago…

We had a new patio door a few weeks ago and I wanted to commend the staff both in the office and the guys who delivered and fitted the doors .they were friendly ,professional and overall provided a good service .the fitters all arrived on time and left no mess whatsoever .the quality of the door was excellent .so happy are we with them we’ve decided to use snugfit to replace a window in our bathroom that we are have issues with ..10/10 from us .

Incomplete order

Ordered 2x Packs of boxers from the website and was given 2-3 business days delivery. The delivery took almost 6 days from time of order only for me to find I only received 1 pack, the delivery time wouldn’t have been an issue if I had received my complete order but I haven’t. I have wrote an email to customer service after receiving my parcel and still haven’t received a reply, I have also messaged the “chat bot” early this morning and still haven’t heard anything.
