Stand Together sounds fantastic

Stand Together sounds fantastic, until you experience the ignorance towards you. Treating you, as if you do not exist.

If you love your life, do not go near them, as they will not help you but slide to support those you need help from.

Do not know, if Stand Together was bribed by them, as they bribed me for the faulty boiler, to ignore my calls, ignore my emails and state to only contact them. While they ignore you completely. Not my portion.

We all make mistakes, but ignoring you since Friday and sucking up to those who have kept me a prisoner, hostage to get money for Stand Together premises i guess, I cannot accept.

Stand Together sent me an email after I waiting joint to those who have not provided heating for 19 years, with an apologies for the delay to them, while ignoring me and adding an 's' to Monday 9-12noon...I really wanted to do things on Mondays. So I sacrificed my health, to remain in a toxic, mold place waiting.

Instead, I sadly remained a prisoner, a hostage seeking to leave the 16 year hovels in Enfield, as my complaint was mocked at by a random unseen worker, telling me over the phone, my complaint was given to the wrong person in 2010 in 2025, cute right.

Housing Ombudsman only deal with you once the Complaint has been dealt with, so 2010 and 2025 ignored by Enfield.

Stand Together will not hear or see me again. As they are sell outs, to make sure they get their premises for the future, I guess in Enfield and ignores me completely. No apology no regrets, no regards, just added insult to injury.

Stand Together you have failed me like Enfield, Central Housing and Winston Brown who robbed me blind.

27/1/2026 just sortingy self away from toxic hovel. Blocked Ash who clearly wasted my time while sucking up to the abusers. Just emailed me to not contact the office, or make contact with him.

Why on earth, would Ash need to write this to me, who has seen him waste my precious time, while he adds, what I never stated to anyone.

Sure I blocked Ash and he still managed to email me, with foolishness, I have no time for?

Wrong name via, Stand Together aka STN, emailed me today.

"I hope this email finds you well. We are writing to confirm that the agreed outcome has been reached and that our organisation has completed its role in providing you with advice and support.

As a result, please do not contact or return to our organisation."

While ignoring me, and dismissing my interests, my questions, no feedback, all to suit themselves.

Naturally, a wise person would read the reviews and stay far from STN".

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you feel disappointed by your experience.

To clarify, our role was to support you with advocacy and communication. Based on the information you provided about difficulties contacting your property manager, we contacted them on your behalf to request that essential repairs and inspections (including heating-related issues) were arranged and progressed.

We also raised your request about appointments being managed in a way that felt safe and manageable for you. As multiple teams may need to attend (e.g., gas, electrical, repairs), we explained that having two people present at every visit can be difficult to guarantee, and therefore asked whether appointments could be spaced out across Mondays, as you had indicated Monday mornings were the most suitable time for you. Our email reference to “Mondays” was intended to reflect the need for more than one visit and to spread appointments out, not to dismiss your preferences.

We recognise there was a delay in responding, and we apologise for this. We are a small team managing a high volume of casework, but we understand this delay added to your frustration.

Once we received a response and offered options to move things forward, you indicated you were only available on the Monday that had already passed and that you were not willing to propose an alternative date. At that point, we had reached the limit of what we could progress without your availability for onward appointments.

If you would like us to formally review your concerns, you can submit them through our complaints procedure so a manager can look at the full record and respond appropriately.

Horrible place with no support or…

Horrible place with no support or whatsoever. Trainers so mediocre with so little to no experience at all . The whole experience was chaotic.
There are better charities and training providers out there that really care.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.
