We arrived an hour before our allotted time of 11.30am which was just as well as the parking and paying for it was not straight forward. We found the main reception and showed our app.prepayment to th... See more

Had a great day learning to ski with Gemma! She was very patient and we had lots of fun learning with her. Thank you!
Claire is fantastic!
Really fun lesson with Claire, she was so friendly and helpful. I have never skied before but I now feel much more confident thanks to Claire’s patience and brilliant teaching.
Can’t wait to book another session!
Thank you Wilf
Thank you Wilf
Absolutely brilliant instructor. I was very fortunate to have spent the day learning under your guidance. You made everything so simple.
Instructors make or break your session
Completed levels one through six snowboarding here with a few different instructors and have had different experiences with each one. Tony was amazing, explained everything really well and did demos for everything! Nick (I think was the name) was really bubbly and cheery great instructor also, but our latest instructor lacked the enthusiasm and didn’t really make much of an effort, could have done 3 hours without an instructor and would of got to the same point. He was friendly but didn’t really give specific advice.
This is a review about the cafe
This is a review about the cafe. My grandchildren were skiing so we thought we would have a bite in the cafe. I was hugely disappointed coffee sent back twice because it was luke warm, the attitude of the staff was a couldn’t care less attitude food well you would get a better burger at McDonald’s so we wasted £14 on a burger and went for a pizza instead which was warm bread with a topping soft and not cooked properly. I thought about complaining again but what’s the point they don’t care.
What a shame you have a guaranteed customer base why not make it great food Great staff instead of basing it on well there here anyway we can get away with serving anything with staff that don’t care.
We will go and take the children again but next time our own good and drink.
Snozone - Beginner Ski Day
Went to snowzone to complete the beginner ski day course with 2 friends before a ski trip. David was the instructor. We had a group of around 7-8 and it was massively helpful to pick up the basics of skiing.
If you're not even going on holiday and just want to do something very fun I would suggest doing the day! (you'll likely end up with a ski trip booked shortly after haha)

I haven't turned up once and had a problem getting on. All of the lessons and coaches have been great.
The music sucks tho ;)
Highly recommend Paul!
Hi there, I had a private lesson today with Paul just wanted to give my endless thanks. He was absolutely amazing and built my confidence completely. I struggled at the beginning and he carried me all the way through and so I could continue through the lesson with balance and grace. He ever so kindly went into his lunch break (even though my lesson was an hour) just to make sure I fully reached my potential. I can’t thank him enough for his help and kindness and I wish him all the best. I will also be thinking of every single step he taught me on the slopes when I go!
I highly recommend Paul if anyone has confidence building issues on the slope & just in general, he’s amazing!
Incredible session at Snozone MK
Incredible session at Snozone MK! Couldn’t have asked for a better instructor in Ayush! I feel like I’ve tripled my knowledge and ability with him as my instructor. If anyone gets the chance to go ask for Ayush and you won’t be disappointed!

Learnt a lot on my beginner snowboarding course.
Instructor, Aaron, was chill and very helpful/informative.
I'm ready for the slopes!
Olly
Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Got two passes with the aim of teaching my daughter to ski for the first time, they didn’t allow us on the training slope (only their coaches are allowed) and then kicked us out of the main slope even tho we were quietly trying on the side. Very rude staff, basically stole my money. Never going back.
L1 and L2 lesson
I had a level 1 and 2 lesson. Carolyn was my instructor and she was amazing (and massively patient)! By the end, I was going down the slope and doing turns. Snow was okay and not massively crowded. There are lots of instructors and staff around to help out. The only downside was that it took 10 minutes to queue for boots, then once you put them on, you need to queue for another 10 minutes to get skis. We arrived 30 minutes before but this wasn't enough (when accounting for checking in, getting changed, putting boots on etc).
Honest review from my day at the Snozone Milton Keynes
Slope was well used by newbies & advanced skiers/snowboarders sadly the lessons take priority over the lifts & it does get really busy after 3pm.
Some customers have no etiquette on lifts rules.
The skies were adequate but very well used.
The slope wasn't really groomed as you could see the plastic underneath, hard to ski on due to snow being ploughed up & not leveled so lumps & bumps everywhere.
Positive points staff friendly, food was nice cafe was clean & tidy.
Don't think I would return sadly 😔
Amazing Beginners Day Course With David
Amazing day of fun and learning! Beginners course - beginner to level 4 in a one day!
I had a beginners course today with David and now hungry to learn more ⛷️🤗 David took his time with each group member and ensured we all had the skill set needed to progress forward in each level, keeping an eye and giving everyone individually a talk on where we needed to improve and how too.
Made my goal of skiing down from the top of the beginners course, something at the beginning of the day I was unsure if I could do it.
Would highly recommend Snozone for a beginners all day course & definitely request Dave (20 years experience so also a master expert in the game!
Overall a great complex, the food was also amazing so a shout out to the staff for that as well.
Brilliant
Brilliant! Beginners course - beginner to lvl 5 in a day!
I had a beginners course with Claire a few days ago She was amazing. Claire took her time with each member and ensured we all had the tuition we required; keeping a watchful eye on those who progressing more quickly but yet still looking after those who were not.
Would highly recommend Snozone for a beginners all day course and especially Claire! Thank you!!
Feet and legs are now very sore.
My child has also learned to ski here and would highly recommend for children also.
Private skiing lesson with Cameron- amazing instructor
Booked an hours private lesson with Cameron on Saturday 6th Jan 2024.
I can not praise him highly enough; he was patient, gave great instructions and made the session fun.
My friend and I split the private lesson- she is an intermediate skier who needed help with technique. I am a snowboarder who wanted to switch to skiing- considering we both required completely different things out of the lesson, Cameron managed the situation perfectly and we were really pleased with our progress. I would thoroughly recommend him as an instructor and the experience as a whole.
Brilliant! Beginners course - novice to lvl 4/5 in a day!
I had a beginners course with Carolyn on New Year’s Day. Carolyn was amazing. We were a mixed bunch from me (had never even put on ski boots!) to a couple who had skied some years back but needed refreshing. Carolyn took her time with each group member and ensured we all had the tuition we required; keeping a watchful eye on those who progressing more quickly but yet still looking after those who were not.
By the end of the session, every member of the group was skiing down from the top of the blue slope!
I went from absolute novice to level 4/5 in a day. Not bad for an oldie at 45 y/o!
Would highly recommend Snozone for a beginners course and especially Carolyn! Thank you!!
My children have also learned to ski here and would highly recommend for children.
Our son had a lesson with Josh today
Our son had a lesson with Josh today. It was his first time Skiing, and being AutisticADHD, he needed a slightly different approach. Josh was amazing and really engaged our son. Hes not only gained skills, but a real confidence. Our son could see that Josh was a safe and genuine person straight away (if you understand Autism, you'll know why that's so important!) and our son was relaxed and enjoyed it from the very start. Josh was clear, supportive, encouraging and funny. Our son has got the bug for sure and we are booked to come back again. We've been so impressed with the support from Snozone from the start and are so very grateful.
Inclusive and Respectful Experience
I contacted Snozone in Castleford, and Jon Brooks immediately impressed me with his prompt, understanding, and respectful response. As a mother navigating the world with a neurodiverse family, finding inclusive and understanding environments is crucial. Jon's response to our needs was prompt and genuinely thoughtful.
What stood out the most was Jon's approach. Unlike in my past experiences, where disclosing that I'm autistic often led to being talked down to, Jon treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. He didn't make assumptions or change his demeanour; instead, he listened attentively, responding with clarity, support, and reassurance. His approach was not about guessing our needs but about understanding them with empathy and curiosity.
Jon is more than just a staff member at Snozone to me; he is a champion for inclusivity and understands the importance of making adjustments to accommodate everyone's needs. His attitude and actions make him a true advocate for people who require a little extra consideration and support.
We are excited and looking forward to our lesson at Snozone, filled with anticipation for the fantastic experience ahead. Jon has not only provided exceptional customer service but has also made us feel valued and respected. His dedication to inclusion is a shining example for others. Thank you, Jon, for making our initial contact with Snozone so positive and heart warming. We can't wait to experience the magic of Snozone firsthand!
Thank you Tony!
