To counter the negative review on here I have to say that I too bought a mug on this site and for cheaper might I had than similar sites. I received my tracking info within a couple of days of ordering and received the mug maybe a total week after I placed my order. I'm very satisfied with the service.
This website might look like it has great stuff, and I ordered a mug off of this website. However, after noticing the website seemed a bit sketchy (there are no reviews on any items and after 48 hours after receiving a confirmation email of my purchase and shipping, I did not receive any tracking information even though they told me they would send it), I decided to cancel the order. The website says to contact them via email at their support email, but the email is actually fake and does not exist in the Gmail database. Gmail sent me an email confirming that they were unable to deliver my email about canceling my order to the support email. SnowyTee does not provide any other information, no phone number or anything, so I was left helpless having wasted my money. SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
