Good price and no additional charges which was great. Delivery estimate was a bit flaky, changing from Friday to Monday, then back to Friday on the Friday morning. Glad we didn’t change weekend plans!

I requested the return of some items from an order. I paid the cost of the return and then waited for further contact from SnowInn. A couple of days later I was sent a message with return instructions and provided with a return note to include in the parcel, but no shipping label. The return note had one barcode on it, which matched the return number (and looked nothing like the barcodes or QR codes used by Royal Mail/Parcel Force). I assumed that a shipping label would be brought by the courier, upon collection. The message from the SnowInn returns department gave me a date of parcel collection. I was not offered a range of dates OR offered the option to drop the parcel at a local parcel point, so I had to stay home the entire day (very inconvenient). The courier didn’t show up.
I messaged SnowInn (since you can’t phone them – you can only use their useless messaging platform) to ask if they could instead send me the shipping label, which I could then attach to my parcel and take to a local parcel point. I have been asking this for nearly two weeks and getting useless responses, or just no response at all. I’m repeatedly told that my message has been forwarded on to the ‘relevant department’, who would be in touch soon, but I have had zero contact from them so far.
At one point, I was even instructed to take the parcel to my nearest Post Office with the return note attached to it. I knew this wouldn’t work, but tried anyway, so that I could say I have tried… the Post Office scanned the barcode and guess what, it wasn’t recognised (because it’s not from a shipping label!!).
SnowInn do not read my messages – they only read the category of the message, and then respond with a message saying that they will process my parcel as soon as they receive it!
I do not understand how they can be so inept. The value of the items being returned is over £800, so I’m seriously stressed by this whole situation. Please, please, please do not risk your money with this total disaster of a company!

I ordered ski poles which arrived four days plus later than originally stated, too late for my holiday . The return process did not give late arrival as a reason for return and no space for explanation.having paid £4.99 for delivery and a return label which was to cost £11.99. I do not understand why the return postage is more than the delivery.

I had choices of delivery dates from Royal Mail which suited me and I’m very happy with the quality of the item.

Placed an order in November and it still hasn’t arrived 4 months later. Due to this delay I no longer need the product, however each time I request a refund, I am told a generic response that it is “under investigation”. Tracking clearly says being returned to sender. Terrible customer service and long shipping times. Do not buy if you need the item in a reasonable time frame.

I ordered a ski helmet from this company who I’ve used several times over the years. What I received was the wrong make of helmet, the wrong colour and it looked like it had been kicked around their warehouse with lumps out of it. It took weeks of correspondence to get a return label, but I was eventually able to send it back. It arrived 13 days ago (as per the courier tracking), yet Snowinn still haven’t recorded the receipt of the goods, never mind issued a refund. When I contact their support, I get “cut and paste” replies that ignore the fact that it is showing as received. I am at my wits end, so please don’t by from this company or any of their associated companies, such as TradInn etc. The most dreadful service imaginable.

I placed my order on March 11th and was initially promised a delivery on March 19th. It is April 1st now and I still have not received my order. The order was not properly shipped until March 24th (TWO WEEKS AFTER MY ORDER????). I’m going on a ski trip in two days and thought that more than three weeks would be plenty of time.
While contacting customer service, while they do answer quickly, do not answer to my question whatsoever, only tell me how to track my order. I have no issues tracking the order, but there seems to be huge issues with delivering the order.
We’ll see if I even get the right product when it arrives if it ever does. Super disappointed. Postnord will be the delivery company once the package will arrive to my country (Finland) and they adviced me to do a proper reclamation to Snowinn/Tradeinn because this is definietly NOT how it should be.
For snowinn: My ordernumber is 67169703 as the customer service won’t to anything about it when asked.
The package has been stuck in Køge pakketerminal now for 4 days which is unusual. Postnord adviced me to require snowinn to open a formal inquiry to investigate the state of the delivery with Postnord. Juridically the sender is responsible for the order until it is delivered to the customer, so I would appreciate you taking the action needed.
The issue is not the delivery address, the issue is that there has been an issue during the shipping process and the package is stuck in postnord terminal. The sender (Snowinn) is legally responsible for the product until it is delivered to the customer. Therefore Snowinn has to do an investigation about what is the issue with the delivery.
These responses prove my point of BS service perfectly. Will pursue legal advice next.

I purchased a helmet with visor from SnowInn in an XL size and when I tried it on it was too big despite my having used their measuring guide so pending return I purchased a second one in a large size and when that arrived I decided it wasn’t for me anyway, so I applied to return both items. They asked for my credit card during the returns process which I assumed they required for confirmation of Address et cetera, but to my horror realise that they had charged £11.99 per return despite the fact that the postage cost to the UK distribution Centre was £5.25. In addition despite the fact that I had proof that the items had been returned to their hub in the UK on the 5th of March I have still not (today is the 31st of March) received my refunds albeit they have confirmed them. I also complained about their charging double the price for delivery despite the claims on their website that they were competitive in this respect. They claim their returns charges are clearly highlighted in their terms of business but this is not true as they simply refer to their competitive terms but they never say that it requires them to put international postage on so that it can be returned to their headquarters in Spain. So despite their good pricing, it turns out that they are not so competitive after all, especially if you are buying something where the sizing might be somewhat arbitrary and you need to try things on. Stick to Amazon or a confirmed UK company which will in almost all cases cover returns on the basis that this represents good customer service. SnowInn do not have good customer service they are totally uninterested in your point of view. If I could give them no stars, I would.

Delivery from Europe to UK took 13 days total from ordering. Got emails informing me of eta. Genuine Falke mens ski socks arrived as described and well packaged. Would use again, just allow a week longer for expected delivery, which I sort of knew this reading the reviews on TP

such careless incompetent support team who has no interest in customer satisfaction. You keep delaying my order I don't even have tracking for 16 days post I placed my order. And 48 hours has already passed from registration on bring and still no information not support. I have to go to vacation tomorrow so I won't even receive my equipment before because you keep delaying and act like it's totally okay to delay as much as you feel like totally disregarding business standards. This the worst online website I have ever bought from. Imagine taking it so unserious. And then you tell me because you delayed the order so excessively (+ 10 days) from promised delivery date that I have to pay the original return policy when it's you who don't provide the promised delivery time that I payed for. Which means I should not pay the return costs when you haven't provided the item to bring which means it is solely your fault my delay and not the postal company. Brian and Pablo from support team is clearly not qualified for this job Pablo makes a copy paste and Brian just repeats the same generic stuff Pablo said in his own words. I will never buy from here again. And I'll advise on several platforms not to purchase from you people again. Your misconduct makes me sick.

I have used this company several times in the past and it was always great. Good deals and fairly prompt delivery, considering the items are crossing European borders. It is when something goes wrong however that you really see the value (or lack of it) a company places in their customers. This time I ordered 2 items and the delivery company sent the items to the wrong address, although they still marked the delivery as complete (as delivered to the correct address). I know that the package was not delivered correctly because I was at home the entire morning, working in a room with a large window directly over the front door. In addition, we are at the end of a row of houses only accessible by a narrow path off the road, making it possible to see and hear everyone who comes to the house. Upon receiving a message from DPD that the items were delivered, and discovering (within 30 minutes of receiving the message) that the package was nowhere (not even at our neighbours), I called DPD and was told that the driver had problems finding the address and the package was probably delivered to the wrong address. They would try to retrieve it. The incorrect delivery notification was never updated and I never received the package. I contacted SnowInn and was sent a declaration of non-receipt to fill out and return. They acknowledged receipt of this and asked for patience whilst DPD conducted an investigation into the missing package. Then I never heard anything. One week later I asked for an update and for a replacement or a refund and was given an automated reply with information on where to look for the package (in the garden, with neighbours). I had the impression that my emails were only sometimes read. I was so annoyed I lodged a claim with Paypal and got an immediate refund. Later I received another message from SnowInn that began very defensively and was again dismissive of my issue. I did not read the message and will never order from this company again.
PS. The response from SnowInn to this review is further evidence that they are only interested in avoiding any liability for missing packages. Giving a authorisation for delivery to a secure location is only valid in this instance if, and only if, the delivery company follows the instructions on the authorisation. As the instructions were not followed, because the parcel was not left at the address given, my claim cannot be (legally) rejected as false. SnowInn is not at all interested in customer satisfaction, only in avoiding any responsibility for the missing package.
