Ski'n Save Snow Holidays Reviews 

In my experience, had our snow trip booked last year but then got an email from them to cancel due to covid restrictions and again couldn't use it this year so i asked for a refund however the management was very rude and unaccomodating. They rules need to be vetted by Legal as it never stated admin fee but they still charged us for it and refused to refund me the total amount I put down as a deposit. Apparently 'cancellation fee is admin fee' according to them. She has not replied to my email and just stated: end of discussion. That's not professional and I'm quite upset how they handled the situation. Michelle was rude and Derek did not even intervene in any emails. Just remember to make sure everything is black n white when u book cause they will take ur money but deny a refund bluntly.

Nothing was too much trouble for these guys...from booking to resolving issues whilst we were on snow, these guys were awesome.
Will definitely use again!

This is our first time going to the snow and we were a little bit apprehensive about it. We were very lucky to find Lisa, from Ski 'n Save Snow Holidays who is simply wonderful and takes the time to answer our numerous questions!! She is very helpful and informative and nothing seems to be too much to ask. We have now finalised booking for our accommodation at Jindabyne and look forward to meeting her in person.
