I've been using Snowball-analytics for about a month, it is becoming a key tool for managing my investment portfolio. I Had a question on portfolio configuration and management, and tried the online support email for both an answer to my question and to judge the level of support for my (relatively) new product.

A response to my question was received within approximately 12 hours over the weekend. The answer was concise and to the point, including a screenshot graphic for the explanation that explained the solution perfectly.

Looking forward to continued customization of the tool for my use, and appreciate knowing there is support behind it.

Impressed with the overall reviews here, but also not surprised; the app is well thought of, super slick and provides incredibly useful insight into our holdings, especially when it comes to dividend tracking. This can be quite time consuming when your assets are spread into multiple brokerage apps and sites, and having this combined view has enormous huge. The price certainly is steep, but for serious investors, it should not matter when it comes to obtaining such clarity. Only reason I'm not putting 5 stars is that the import experience has been inconsistent from one brokerage to the next. I did reach out to support and while they tried their best to assist, blame was essentially put on the third parties they partner with, and I'm left with unresolvable issues - meaning I'm not actually able to have ALL my assets tracked. I'm hopeful this will get fixed with time, and still overall enjoying the experience.

I love many of the features Snowball offers. I do wish there was more flexibility in terms of being able to select different period of time i.e. weekly, daily, given many ETF's that pay weekly now. Thank you and please keep updating and improving. Also, I'm not able to link my Voya retirement 457 through a municipality. It would be nice to be able to add this, as well as my wife's accts to have all in one place, one app. Thank you.

Arthur was great. App had a wrong ticker and dividend wouldn’t come through. He walked me through fixing it. Robinhood and snowball can’t agree on TSLW. Thanks again Arthur.

I’m very satisfied with the interface – it’s intuitive, and in most cases I find the features I needed with ease. The data presented is generally accurate and up to date, with only rare inaccuracies.in cases of inaccruacies, the customer service team responded quickly and professionally to update the missing information. In Israel, stock prices are displayed in agorot, which can occasionally cause minor inaccuracies.

Areas for improvement: creating an investment portfolio manually can be challenging, especially since not all global stocks are available in the database. In addition, I find the service price slightly high compared to the market.

On the other hand, the customer service is among the best I’ve encountered – extremely fast, highly professional, and outstanding in handling requests.

Unusable on the free tier.

I added a portfolio from Trading212. After the trial ended, the site became completely unusable because I had too many holdings. Everything was blocked.

Solution was easy: "Delete my account" button is clearly visible in the profile. Clicked it, done.

Excellent platform and very responsive support. I couldn’t find a couple of mutual funds in the system, but an email to support saw the matter resolved in 48 hours. Keep up the great work.

I had a question regarding my account and it was answered in a timely manner. The issue was resolved on your end. An ETF was not tracking correctly.

Snowball is a simple yet powerful tool for tracking dividend growth portfolios. The clean interface and detailed dividend projections help visualize long-term goals. It’s a great app for long-term investors focused on passive income.

Love this app. Would recommend it for any investor. Especially those wanting to track there dividends.

Above and beyond the best asset tracking software I have used in 30 years! More data to evaluate by and a well formatted user interface. Even more important, Snowball support is outstanding, the best in the business in all the years I have used finance software! Well done!

Excellent app and excellent customer service

I've been using snowball analytics for over 2 years now. This company provides tremendous value to every level of investor. It helps me track my investments across providers with ease, provides helpful guidance to choose options and is very responsive when requesting features or fixing bugs.

I am a new subscriber, and as such I appreciated the quick and helpful response.

I don’t have to login to all my brokerage accounts to see all info. Great tool “find the dip” of all my holdings. And the support is superior.

This is a great platform, especially if you’re a dividend investor. Everything is clear, well organised and provides everything necessary. I have had a few issues with the synchronisation, sometimes outside the control of Snowball, but the Customer Service team is very reactive and have solved all the issues.

Went above and beyond to help fix my issue. Great platform and product.
