Support is great before you buy but not after

Snov.io support is great before you buy but after you get no support. You speak to a bot on the chat and get given the same answers each time even though they don't make sense. Will be going to email hunter.

I’ve been using Snov.io for email…

I’ve been using Snov.io for email marketing over the last two months, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Despite using their platform extensively, I did not receive a single lead, and the data provided did not seem fresh—none of the prospects responded at all.

Additionally, I encountered serious billing issues. Today, while checking out a LinkedIn add-on, I clicked to explore the checkout process, and I was unexpectedly charged twice. On top of that, I canceled auto-renewal, but they still charged me again. When I reached out to support, I was told that refunds are not provided, which is highly unprofessional considering most reputable companies offer refunds for accidental charges.

The checkout process is designed in a way that makes it difficult to avoid auto-charges, and even their promotional bonus claim feature does not work as advertised. Overall, this experience feels like a money trap, and I cannot recommend Snov.io based on my experience.

The support is spot on here. I got the solution I was looking for within minutes and even got sent a loom video to explain on how to implement this. These guys know what they are doing! Thank you and keep up the good work!

Snov.io Email + LinkedIn + HubSpot integration = ABM magic

We had a great Onboarding experience with
Daniela Mitsitsei, and would highly recommend having her onboard for the set up and initial execution journey. What stood out for us was the guidance with campaign set up details which are outside the tutorials video and helping us with the technical glitch with LinkedIn slot. Thank you Snov.io team - Solomiia Zvarych, as well for the initial briefing about the app which led to the app purchase.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

I regret signing up for Snov.io.
The analytics are inaccurate—emails that land in spam and are never seen are marked as opened (I realized this after sending a test email), while emails that are actually opened are marked as unopened. In one instance, a prospect even responded via WhatsApp, yet the email was still marked as unopened in the dashboard. Their email tracking is extremely unreliable. The Snov.io team consistently makes excuses, refuses to take accountability, and ignores constructive suggestions regarding issues with their platform. They constantly shift the blame.

Additionally, there was a major issue with the warm-up process that wasn’t disclosed or addressed during onboarding. As a result, all my emails ended up in spam. I essentially wasted money and lost valuable leads.
