I placed my order in late March - never arrived

I placed my order in late March

By July I knew there was a problem. I know this was shipped from China. but I paid $24 for shipping.

I sent them an email to support @

A couple weeks later I sent another email, and filled a Contact Us form on their website.

Then I sent a third one.

I found the Shop.App email so I checked that. It showed a tracking number but the tracking system said the order was never shipped.

I am disappointed. I was looking forward to trying this device.
