Great quality product and service
Very pleased with the quality of product got a medium for a small female Viszla (but they like to curl up in tight spaces).
We had a mix up with the colour of a cozy cave dog bed which I needed to go away for the weekend and had ordered to arrive with 2 days to spare (actually arrived a day earlier than expected). However being the wrong colour I had to request a replacement. I was rather anxious as there was no phone number to call but my e-mail was responded to very quickly and a new cover sent out which arrived the next day. They even let me keep the wrong colour cover.
We all make mistakes but its how we deal with them that counts and I am delighted with the standard of customer service shown here: it couldn't have be better really.
