Outstanding Customer Service - Thank you!

I love my Moka Dosa coffee dispenser with all my heart - I think it might even be my favourite possession! I have gifted one to several friends - they love it too.
When the little handle snapped in half after many years of use, Snips Customer Service replaced it speedily and without question.
So many organisations could learn a lesson from Snips' approach - they would increase customer retention, word of mouth recommendations and repeat purchase. Sadly most customer service departments have forgotten about their purpose. Look and learn from Snips guys!
