Working with Snift IQ has honestly been good.

Working with Snift IQ has honestly been a great experience. From the very beginning, their team showed a high level of professionalism, creativity, and technical skill. They really understand what startup businesses need and know how to turn ideas into functional, modern, and user-friendly apps.

What impressed me most was how reliable and competent they were throughout the entire process. They paid attention to every detail, delivered quality work, and always made sure things were done the right way. You can tell they genuinely care about helping businesses grow and succeed, not just completing a project.

Their communication was also excellent. They kept me updated regularly, explained things clearly, and were always quick to respond whenever I had questions or needed changes. That level of transparency and support made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

If you’re looking for a tech company that is skilled, trustworthy, easy to work with, and truly committed to excellence, I would definitely recommend Snift IQ. They exceeded expectations and delivered results that really made a difference.

I strongly advise against working with Snift IQ

I strongly advise against working with Snift IQ (Infood Delivery), especially if you are an entrepreneur with limited development experience. They leverage your vulnerability to extract money through unethical practices.

The Facts:

Extortion before completion: They demanded full payment before the project was finished, before I had access to GitHub or Vercel, and before I could even test the final version.

Financial manipulation: After paying the initial balance just to see my app, they suddenly demanded an 'indemnity' of $250. This amount arbitrarily jumped to 250,000 CFA ($443) based on their own 'rules,' which were never part of the agreement.

Technical Sabotage (Hostage-taking): When I questioned these fees, they executed a 'Technical Shut Down,' locking me out of my own Firebase database and source code.

Contempt and Gaslighting: Their communication is intentionally vague. They avoid direct technical questions and constantly blame the client, preying on the fact that I am not a developer to justify their lack of transparency.

I had to fight to regain sovereignty over my own company (VDLC). If you value your money and your mental health, stay away. I have all the logs and payment proofs to back up these claims

Hello Sébastien,

We take feedback very seriously at SniftIQ, and we regret that you feel dissatisfied with your experience. However, several important points in your review require clarification so that readers understand the full context of this project.

First, regarding payment: as clearly stated in our agreement and standard development process, project assets such as GitHub repositories, server access, and production infrastructure are transferred only after the final balance is settled. This is a common practice in software development to protect both the developer and the client.

Second, the damage control / indemnity fee you mentioned was applied due to actions taken during the dispute which caused operational and contractual complications on the project. This fee was communicated as part of resolving the situation after the project had already been delayed by repeated disagreements regarding tools, deployment processes, and development decisions.

Third, at no point did SniftIQ attempt to “sabotage” your project. Temporary access restrictions were applied solely to protect the infrastructure while the payment dispute was ongoing, which is a standard security measure when ownership and financial obligations are unresolved.

Throughout the project, our team continued to communicate, provide updates, and work toward a resolution. Once the outstanding balance was settled, the process of transferring the technical assets was initiated as agreed.

SniftIQ has successfully worked with many founders and startups to launch their applications, and we remain committed to professional development practices, transparency, and fair business conduct.

If you would like to resolve any remaining concerns constructively, we remain open to continuing the discussion privately.

Working with this developer was an…

Working with this developer was an excellent experience from start to finish. They were highly professional, communicative, and truly understood my vision for the app.

The development process was well organized, deadlines were respected, and any issues or changes were handled quickly and efficiently. They showed strong technical knowledge and always offered helpful suggestions to improve performance, usability, and overall quality.

What I appreciated the most was their commitment and transparency throughout the project. I felt supported at every stage, and the final product exceeded my expectations.

I would definitely recommend this developer to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy partner for app development.
