Good product, Bad experience

A solution was found. See below: Good product, bad experience. I place an order, for some vinyl, knifeblades and knifeless tape. knifeblades where not included in the package. And after a week theres still no answer.. At checkout shipping price was 14.90€ but a week later they wrote and told me they made a mistake and the shipping would cost an additional 45€

The solution was to refund my knifeblades. After another 2 weeks or so
