orderd the product shoe storage boxes paid then recived a text saying not in stock .knowing the product is not in stock and letting people order and pay is right out of order disappointed. this was a Christmas present.

Hi Elizabeth, We are just as disappointed that we had to cancel your order, especially so close to Christmas. Please understand that Christmas is the busiest time of year and that we received a lot more orders than expected. Unfortunately a lot of these came at the same time, meaning it was a little bit faster than the system in the warehouse could keep up with. Meaning it was unable to show as out of stock on the website.
We are saddened by the 1-star review as we communicated with you why we had to cancel your order and refunded you, and even offered a gift card as a solution so you still had something to give for Christmas. Unfortunately, this was completely out of our control at the time 😢. However, we are now accepting pre-orders with a 15% off discount code using the code “PREORDER” I hope, if you order, we can please you enough with the product to turn that review into a 5-star 😊🤞.

Twice I’ve ordered from this company out of stock the first time which is ok refund received quickly but reordered when web site said item was back in stock paid again but currently waiting for my money back again?

Hi Chris, I have looked into this for you and I can see that the cancellation and refund was only processed the day before writing this (18th of December) and in our email we state to allow up to 5 working days for your refund to reach your account as this is down to your bank, not us. If, after the 5 working days, this has still not reached your account, please email us so we can look into this further for you.
In regards to being out of stock, I understand your disappointment, as we are too. You should have received communication to let you know we aren’t expecting our restock until January and that we currently have an error on our website showing the product as “in stock” which a team of Developers are trying to work on to rectify. Double check your emails/spam as this email should have been sent at the same time your refund was processed.

Excellent all round
Excellent communication from Alex, super fast delivery and most importantly an excellent product. The sneak spply boxes are great quality, easy to put together and they look fantastic. There’s no better way to store my collection of footwear and I just love looking at them. The ease of being able to access the trainers in the bottom box is merely a bonus when compared to the superb aesthetic of this product. I bought 80 of these and may well be back to buy more in the future.
