Never doing business with Sneakpeeq again!

The first couple orders I placed took a bit longer to ship than they were supposed to, but I figured that was just growing pains for a new-ish company. The third order I placed took 6 weeks to ship, despite repeated assurances that it would be shipping "soon." Then when it arrived, the product (a set of four nail polishes) was mini instead of full-size. When I emailed them about it, I was told that the vendor shipped them the wrong product, and instead of contacting everyone who had purchased this item when they received this wrong product, they just went ahead and shipped it out. No email, no note enclosed. I ended up accepting a credit and ordered something else (which was the one order I placed with them that didn't have a problem).

The fourth order I placed was for two nail polish duos (four polishes in total). Again, took six weeks to ship [note that Sneakpeeq claims items will ship 1-2 weeks after the particular sale closes] despite repeated claims of "shipping soon." I know for a fact that other customers who ordered from the same sale received their items, including the exact same duos that I ordered, a month before I got mine. I only ended up receiving one of the duos because, once again, of a vendor error. And again, no notification of any sort, and I had to press for a refund.

The fifth order I placed was the one I already mentioned that I didn't have any problems with. I had an extra credit, so I stupidly decided to place another order.

The sixth order, which will be the last one I ever place with them, was for 2 eyeliner/shadow bases. Order was placed on 12/12 and was supposed to have guaranteed holiday delivery. I contacted them once before Christmas, got no response. Contacted again a few days later, got a reply that they were trying to get an update from the vendor. After a month of no order updates and unchanged status on the website, I checked again on 1/20 and saw that it was cancelled. Once again, there was no notification about any of this and there was no sign of a refund, so I emailed them. After a few days, I got a response that it had been cancelled on 1/18 and that the refund was being initiated.

So to sum up, orders take longer to ship than what the company claims, any errors are the vendors' fault, and you will have to repeatedly contact Sneakpeeq in order to get any kind of order updates or to get your money back when there's a problem. I will never, ever do business with this company again, and I highly recommend that everyone else stays away from it!

Awful company!

I made a purchase through Sneakpeeq.com of a make at home cheese kit a few months ago. It took almost 4 weeks to receive my purchase and when I finally received it, the booklets were all misprinted. I returned the item and received a "badge" credit. I used this badge to purchase a necklace and purchased another with my own money. They used the entire $32 credit for a $24 necklace and I never received the difference. When I received these necklaces, they were also of VERY poor quality (poor soldering, cheap materials, etc.). I have contacted customer service numerous times and have received one email telling me to refer to their return policy after I have demanded that they give me my money back. I am returning the necklaces, but I will probably never purchase anything from this company again, even with my credit. I'll just put this in the loss column. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They have virtually non-existent customer service and sell mediocre, over-priced products that you have to wait an eternity to receive.

Horrible DO NOT BUY FROM

Awful experience. Only half order sent. Pawned me off to the other vendor DIAMOND CANDLES. Sneak Peeq is a third party vendor who is running good companies name into the mud. I ordered 2 diamond candles a month ago. One was sent the other is "lost" no REAL customer service at either company.. only email. have sent several emails with no response. left msg on facebook and was told to email them. If you want to loose your money buy from them...

Do not order from them!

Don't ever order from this company they are the worst! I placed an order on August 28, 2012. The sale for the item that I ordered ended like 2 days later however it didn't get shipped until a month later even though on their website it says that items are shipped within 14 days. I had to contact this company so many times, and they ignored my emails until I sent a very nasty email and threatened that I was going to report them! I even contacted the company that sells the necklace and they had nothing to do with the order or the delay. Anyway after waiting so long for them to ship my order, I finally received only to find that what I ordered wasn't even mailed out. All I received was the cheap free bracelet that you get for signing up! I called them and the guy tried to convince me that the necklace I ordered was shipped out as if I'm not the one with the package in my hand. He told he was going to investigate it and get back to me. I'm now waiting and no one has contacted. I'm seriously thinking about reporting this company.

PLEASE DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY'RE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY THAT DESERVES TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!

Terrible company to order from!! No more from me!

I ordered multiple products from this website at different times and am still waiting for them over a month later. Wrote customer service with my name email and phone number but they now want me to provide order numbers too as apparently the rest of the info is useless. What a joke! Last time I order from this site!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I placed an order and it took over 6 weeks to receive it! Terribly slow shipping with only excuses when I asked about my order two different times. I ordered sandals and was told they ran big but they actually ran small and BARELY fit my feet! They also gave a free scarf, but the thing was hideous and CHEAP! I regret ordering from them. When you order something you expect it in a timely manner. I knew from the beginning that shipping would be a little slower because they tell you they don't ship for 14 days. So I expected my item within a 3-4 week period which is still long. But over 6 weeks??!! That is more than what I was told and what I was expecting. This site is ridiculous! I would not recommend them to anyone.

Terrible Customer Service, Slow Shipping, Never received part of order

Do not place an order with these people unless you want to wait weeks for your product to ship. My order took over a month to ship. And If you wanted that free gift with your purchase that they promised, forget it, you'll never receive it! I placed an order MONTHS ago and still haven't received my "free gift" and my emails remain unanswered. I will NEVER be buying anything from them again!

great products, terrible shipping wait, lousy customer service, no accountability

I ordered 3 different items at 3 different times from 3 different sellers on sneakpeeq. This website is a joke with a terribly business model to distribute products to customers.

Their shipping takes anywhere from 2 weeks up to over a month - I'm still waiting nearly a month for 2 of the things I bought, and I waited 3 weeks for the 1st. They don't and won't provide estimated shipping dates. And they do not offer refunds for an item you purchase if you don't like it. I emailed the customer service to cancel my orders because it had been over 3 weeks and they said they cannot cancel any orders, nor will they provide any refunds, only credit.

The process is, as they explained, they finish orders, send it to the seller, who then sends the products to sneakpeeq, who then processes, packages, and ships it out.

I responded saying I thought their business model and distribution strategy is terrible and that this waiting is unacceptable for most customers who shop online in 2012. They responded saying they are not Amazon.com so I have unreasonable expectations.

Not since the Pony Express have packages taken so long to get anywhere. Regardless how cheap their products are or the deals you unlock, who wants to wait 3-5 weeks for online purchases?

Worst online place I ever shopped

Although their products are good, it TAKES them a long time to ship to my place. I don't know if it's only just me, but I had to wait for more than 3 months for it to arrive. Worst online place I ever shopped and I won't be doing it again anytime soon!
