Scam

Scam. Of all the items ordered only the flip-flops, (if they arrive, will come to me after 3 weeks). The Birkenstocks were supposedly out of stock although they are still available on the page. The other things also turned out not to be there. Bizarre case. No contact with the service, if you do not count the robotic answers that are completely off topic. I am terribly disappointed. I absolutely do not recommend it if you do not want to waste your time and money.

EDIT: I contacted you with my order number, but it didn’t change anything. I got a refund 3 weeks after ordering, but I still don’t have the products I wanted or compensation for the wasted time and stress.

Ps. The flip-flops finally arrived today, a month after ordering. They’re not the size I ordered. Curtain.

I am absolutely disappointed

I am absolutely disappointed. You are saying that you deliver in 24 hours but in the end I had to wait 5 days…

I asked for a label to send the article back. You respond that I have to pay the shipping charges…

It’s absolutely not worth to order something from you!

I am not recommending this website!

Awful return experience

I wanted to return the shoes I ordered because they had stains on it and I had to write the text and take the photos for it NUMEROUS times, because when I clicked on "sent" the page just froze for ages and when I tried to refresh I got completely kicked out of it. Annoying.
Plus, they wanted the bill attached as PDF and said it can be found in my account. Yes. But very very hidden. Everything was very consumer unfriendly.
And the most bad thing about it all was that I had to pay for the return myself because the page wouldn't work (like I described above) and it was like 20 Euros (from Germany to France (???)) on top of the stained shoes I didn't wanna keep. Nice. Hate it here, never gonna order again.

Disappointed with Product and Customer Service

I recently purchased a Delsey Shadow 5.0 expandable trolley case from Sneak'In-de, drawn by its unique color configuration and attractive price point. Unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory.

Product Mismatch: The luggage I received was not as described on the website. Instead of the distinct all-black with red details, I received a standard all-black design.

Delayed Response: I promptly reached out to their customer service to address this discrepancy. While I emphasized the time-sensitive nature of my situation, as I had an upcoming trip and needed the luggage urgently, it took them quite some time to provide a solution.

Unsatisfactory Resolution: Their proposed solution was simply to return the product. Given the urgency I had previously communicated, this was far from ideal. I would now be without luggage for my trip and potentially face higher costs seeking an alternative elsewhere. They acknowledged their error, citing a catalog anomaly, but their resolution disregarded my immediate needs.

Financial Inconvenience: Due to their error and delayed response, I'm now left in a situation where I may have to purchase replacement luggage at a higher price point, negating the initial savings I sought by choosing them.

In conclusion, while mistakes can happen, it's the response and resolution that truly reflect a company's commitment to customer service. I feel that Sneak'In-de could have been more considerate and flexible in their approach, especially given the urgency I communicated from the start. I hope future customers have a better experience.
