Bad quality and no response, I bought an Ecco shoes. After one month the logo is disappear and they told return it. I've sent it back and after two months there is no response. They don't respond to the emails....

I had a problem with the package as it was never delivered, apparently DHL didn’t handle it correctly. I called the store and they immediately processed the refund, which was very much appreciated. So wanted to give a good review for that and the experience I had. Thank you for the help!

Niets kopen bij deze winkel!!!! Geld is weg. Je krijgt geen order of verzend mail. Ze hebben geen telnr waarop ze bereikbaar zijn. In je online omgeving is geen bestelling te zien. Maar wel mijn 50 euro voor een shirt weg. En ze sturen we reclamemails elke paar dagen.... This is a malicious site. I ordered a shirt for 50 euro's and payed directly with ideal. Never arrived, no delivery or order status. No contact possible and money is gone...... don't buy something here!!!
They still send commercial emails.....

Immediate order fulfillment, shoes as described, you can often buy something really for pennies, because they have a lot of discounts. I don't know why so many negative opinions, maybe they have changed something about customer service since then, because I felt taken care of and that my purchase was safe. There was no problem with tracking the package. Everything is clear and transparent, I will definitely come back. I sincerely recommend!
