I submitted a claim for a pair of Nike Air Force One shoes, which was approved. However, due to a lack of availability in my size, I was given a voucher for the value of the shoes. The voucher was supposed to work without an expiration date, but it no longer works, and I’m being told it cannot be found in the system. This means I’ve effectively been cheated out of 110 euros.

Buyer beware sneakers
Purchased a pair of sneakers on sale (135 euro) on Saturday 20-04-24. They were delivered on 22-04-24 so short delivery time, great. However, the sneakers were too small so immediately I asked customer service if I could swap, but the sale offer didn’t count anymore, 2 days later.
So now they are charging me full price (180 euro) in order to change the same identical shoe, only 0.5 size bigger. Terrible customer service and will not be ordering here again.
EDIT: see their reply below, since when does a shoe return not fall under the same promotion???

Promotions have a certain duration, this is always the case. This discount will have been valid for 1 week and 20-04 and 22-04 fall in 2 different weeks and so on 22-04 the discount had already expired.
There should always be an end date to a promotion, otherwise you can stay busy. It is unfortunate that you fell just outside this, but unfortunately we can't change anything, our apologies.
