Customer Support was excellent, delivery took approximately 3 weeks, daughter is a size 5 and the balenciaga tracks we bought were true to size, quality was great, the only thing my daughter has said on the negative side is that they are heavy to wear and make her feet ache but yet she won't take them off so can't be that bad 😅 will definitely buy from them again
