Good prices and excellent delivery, would definitely use again

Fast delivery, the Fortnite book is a Christmas gift for my grandson so I won’t know what he thinks of it until then, consists of names etc of all the characters. Think he’ll enjoy.

This book store is so fantastic!! They have such great prices and discounts on their site. I recently made a purchase for some books to be gifted, but a day later I found out it was the wrong series. I emailed the company, thinking it would be too late, but no! Snazal got back to me in only hours after I sent my email and gave me a full refund!!

This company has amazing customer service and great prices!! I will be supporting them in the future!

Good prices & fast delivery. However I am somewhat puzzled with my experience. Twice I have bought an item from them after looking around for the best price on many websites. After I order it from them they list the exact same item on amazon for less than what I bought it for from their own website. Why do this? I feel like I am being short-changed.

I orderd books from Books 4 People. But the delivery came for Snazal. Only 1 set of books was correct.

I had 3 other lots of books that I had not order and did not want. I await a response from someone. Very dissapointed.

Honestly this was the store that i was looking for. You can buy books here for a very good price and the delivary was super fast. I bought a manga box set 6 days ago and i live in the netherlands. And it has already arrived and is in perfect shape. Yes the website is a little outdated and needs some improvement, but im very happy with my purchase.

I've always loved Snazal, However my last order arrived Damaged. I tried to contacting them regarding this issue and after 3 weeks still have had no luck. And have now YET AGAIN recieved a damaged order.

I came into the website out of pure curiosity. And I found some books that I have been chasing for YEARS. Not only that, but I found that if you don't mind taking your time shopping and comparing prices, you can bag individual books for less than £5!
I found the website experience clunky, which is why I'm giving it 4*, but really wish I could give 5* as the books are brand new, delivery is reasonable. In total, I spent £31 on 7 books! Some were hardback too! When Ch normally cost about £10 minimum per book.
I'll be coming back for sure, as I can get new books for £1 each for my Instagram giveaways! Love this site!

I'll keep it short. Snazal is overall a pretty good place to buy books, shipping is pretty fast and the prices are UNBELIEVABLY low. I got 3 box sets that would cost around $300+ elsewhere, for only a little over $200 at Snazal!

So why am I giving it a 4/5 starts? The answer to that is the website. It's HORRIBLE. Full of bugs, search bar not working properly etc. But the worst part is the 2002 looking design of the website. When I first entered the site I immediately opened google and typed "Snazal.com trust worthy/legit". Because, this website is NOT welcoming at all.

I mean seriously, having a website looking g like that in 2020, is a joke.

Initially received the wrong type of order so I had to call up; mistakes happen.
Got the correct order within two days (delivery was already fast initially) and a returns slip via email.

Will happily return for more books as the discounts are great.

You can get great collection of children books at fractions of price and plus they are in collection set, good value for money

Snazal is a fantastic Book Shop which sells children book collection set at reduced prices. They are giving up to 80% off. They also provide free delivery which is great. The order comes within 2 days.

Easy ordering and fast delivery. Sadly I received the wrong item on my first order but within 24 hours of contacting SNAZAL this was corrected and I received a returns label.

Competitive prices and great customer service. I recommend this company and would order from them again.
