i came here from a micro task site where they pay us to make tasks and this task was to give them 5 stars and put a good review but i can't do that cos i will participate in cheating people and this is bad

The barcode I bought was already in use by another company so I can't use it.

Used them a 4 times in the past. First two only a few of the codes worked for Amazon. Last two times not a single one did.

They never offer any resolution or refund. Such a pain to work with. I noticed many others here have the same issue.

Do what I did and just put in a claim/dispute with your credit card or banking institution. That will stop the issue quick if they get enough claims put in against them.

I already got my refund back from my card.

2 orders worked fine but the last order's upc's are used by another companies and it shows other products so I couldn't use it.

I asked a help from the company and they send 5 UPC for a 100 qty order.

I asked refund and let's see whats going to happen

Purchased 10 codes for Amazon, for my own brand registered products. Over half were already being used by other ASIN's on Amazon. They want you to troubleshoot by trying to put in other brand names and other not legitimate things. Price is right, but just bite the bullet and go with the GS1 codes that Amazon requires. They also won't actually provide you with a refund.

From March, 2018, Amazon Brand Registry program requires renting/licensing GTIN’s directly from GS1 for new listings, or obtaining a GTIN exemption for new listings. This small seller group is forced to rent codes annually from GS1 directly. This is likely due to Amazon joining GS1’s Management board in 2016. As a result, if you have Amazon Brand Registry, our codes will likely not work for your brand. You can purchase a GS1 prefix directly from the GS1 or purchase individual GTIN’s there.

my last 2 orders are really bad
all 10 UPS are used by somebody else on Amazon and I can not create a listing and on top of that I have 2000 items already printed with your UPC and I can not sell them
