Unreliable and Unresponsive – Avoid SnapSwap.eu (Everestcard.com)

My experience with SnapSwap.eu (Everestcard.com) has been nothing short of frustrating. Their customer support is extremely slow, often taking days or longer to respond to support tickets—if they reply at all. For a financial service, this kind of delay is unacceptable.

Even worse, they blocked my account without any clear explanation, leaving me unable to access or move my own funds. No warnings, no meaningful communication, just a sudden lockout. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply concerning.

To make matters worse, while my account was blocked and I couldn't use their services, they continued to debit fees. Charging customers while denying them access to their own money is outrageous and unethical.

If you’re considering SnapSwap.eu (Everestcard.com), I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Their lack of transparency, poor support, and questionable practices make them a serious risk for anyone relying on them for business or personal finances.

SnapSwap Stole My Money

SnapSwap Stole My Money.

I was a victim to SnapSwap stealing my money when ripple shut down and was forced to migrate my wallet to Gatehub. My SnapSwap balance has been reduced to 0.25BTC which I can see on Gatehub but can do nothing with it since they do not support SnapSwap.

Avoid SnapSwap

Avoid SnapSwap
I gave them $500 to buy ripple and they disappeared.

I have my secret key, but the account is empty.

SnapSwap was a total scam and whatever they're doing now is probably also a scam because it's the same people.

Denis and Natalia are still running it.... no one returns calls or emails.

SnapSwap stole 1 bitcoin from me

SnapSwap stole 1 bitcoin from me. I understand that you guys shut down your US operation but you need to find a way to return money back to your customers!! If you guys do not correct this, your online reputation will be ruined as many people are angry over the way you guys operate your business. DO NOT INVEST IN THIS COMPANY!

Snapswap stole money from me.

Snapswap stole money from me.
They now exist as a legitimate-looking company creating messaging apps that also send money trough a sort of cryptocurrency derived from bitcoin, but when they started they were mainly a bitcoin gateway on ripple, a paying and trading system that had appeared and is today gatehub (which still works quite well as a trading platform for cryptocurrencies) and then they were supposed to keep people's bitcoins as a kind of custody system where you would wait for a better price to trade them into another currency.
Well, they did keep it, but for themselves. They closed the activity on ripple and kept people's money, which I assume they decided to use to start these other ventures.
I was left with 0.01BTC (still showing up on Gatehub) which would be about 25$ today.
I'm sure these new apps of theirs are very trustworthy now but if you read this, for moral reasons, you should refuse to use something that was created using other people's money without their consent.
